Very good hotel and amazing staff with a perfect location in paris and near the metro. Breakfast could be more supplied and better replacement of food but nothing too bad.

Only point I would make to improve would be that there was no cold airconditioning in our room because the whole building was in hot aircon, this makes no sense as you have to have the same temp as everyone else. We had to have the window opened the whole stay with the noise of the other aircon machine the whole night so that is my only negative point of the hotel. Other than that, very good value for money hotel.

Had the most wonderful stay at the Lyric Hotel. Great location close to lots of bars, restaurants and the metro, as well as of course the opéra, but also not very much noise from the street at night. Room is spacious and clean with good facilities such as a coffee machine. A/C. Lovely modern bathroom. The hotel also has a small spa fitted with a pool, sauna and steam room as well as a fitness suite. You have to book a slot in advance which meant it was never over crowed. Helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The only disappointment was our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. I know this is common for many hotels but unexpected for the price we paid for the room.

Huge rooms for Paris! Beautifully furnished and clean. Beautiful windows looking down onto the street. Fully sound proof. Beautiful high ceilings. Amazing pool/ sauna / steam room area (not common in Paris hotels). Amenities to use prior to check in. English speaking. Staff were absolutely incredible, particularly the gentlemen who checked us in and gave us a room upgrade! We couldn’t have been more impressed for our first few nights of our honeymoon.

location was good and I had no complaints about it. Price bit on a high side. Staff were helpful throughout. Would recommend and stay there again. Room bit small but was expected and will try a larger room next time round.

maybe the high price and lack of parking facilities. It was a bit difficult to unload luggage from the taxi as hotel was just outside a single lane. But apart from that, no complaints in terms of staff and comfort.

very clean and loved the design of the room although we took the queen room and there were a bigger room I guess, but its amazing and clean and quite also the bath is very clean and the location is very close to pickup shuttle of disney 4 minute or less walking and subway is less than 1 minute also a supermarket carrofor is very very close of all your needs.. loved the place ane room and hotel and staff are very friendly and answer you all time

nothing I didnt like to be honest, and trust me its a good place to stay, only I wished that elevators are accessed with room cards instead of anyone can enter but sure dont worry the reception always there even late at night and I guess no one can enter the hotel easily..

The room was spacious compared to others where I have stayed in Paris. The hotel was really quiet and the room was well-isolated. The pool, steamer, and sauna were a great plus. The staff was nice.

The shower was a little odd. We had to be very careful to avoid spraying water all around the bathroom (there was no door or curtains, just a tiny panel). Although I enjoyed the steamer and the sauna, they were not very hot.

We came across the hotel on Booking.com. As tourists, we usually stay in the L’Opera area and this was our first time at Lyric. Extremely pleasant in all respects (we didn’t try the breakfast): amazing location, very professional and courteous staff, high standard of cleanliness, Nespresso machines for your early morning shot of caffeine, the neighborhood is packed with Asian restaurants, as well as some excellent brasseries… Will certainly return.

A fantastic location in Opera. Wonderful room. I was upgraded from a classic Double room to a King Room with balcony, which was an added bonus! Comfortable bed, tea and coffee. Breakfast was modest but had enough options. Airconditioning was available and a must in the heat (>30 Degrees Celsius).

The shampoo and conditioner were attached to the wall outside the shower. That was strange.

Loved the decor and how modern it was. The staff were so friendly. Room and hotel in general was spotless. The bed was really comfy. The location was good near the Louvre, and had good transport links to all the other tourist destinations in Paris.

The walls of the rooms were very thin and we could hear the couple next door frequently, as well as the cleaner in the morning (8am-ish) servicing the rooms (unfortunately the room doors bang quite loudly!). I had earplugs with me so it was okay. No conditioner in the rooms, just shampoo and body wash, so that would be a useful extra.

Location exceeded our expectations, you are really walking distance from everything! Hotel was fab, nice breakfast to start your day before you take lunch out, staff very kind. Room small, but you would expect that from the historic center in Paris. Can't fault anything. We were taken 150e of security deposit on the check in but that was return to us on the check out just took bit till it hit my account back. Overall, i would really recommend to stay in here, you can't beat location and everything else it's just bonus. The NUXE Toiletries - Yumi! We had fantastic stay. MERCI
