Excellent boutique hotel, very well located with very helpful and friendly staff

Only disappointment was no automatic turn down service, or fresh towels in the evening.

Service was exceptional! The bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms had a douche (شطاف)

the room with a view of the tower was perfect. staff really made it wonderful, though. I didn’t grab the doorman’s name, but he was a young guy from Pakistan, and he was an absolute gem. Very kind, and genuine and enjoyable to chat with.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay there again.

I would book a suite next time as the layout of the room was slightly awkward. Would have to call house keeping repetitively when asking for something as they would forget to bring it to the room.

The Room service staff (cleaners) were not friendly at all, we had both the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door as well as the do not disturb light indicator was ON despite that the staff saw me leaving the room, they entered the room assuming no one was there when they shouldn’t enter the room. Luckily my partner was in the room and the staff got nervous and pretended that she wanted to clean the room.

The most impressive I found, the rooms to be exactly as they are on the website, no disappointments at all. I have 20 tears experience in the hotel industry and I can say, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was very professional and friendly, all of them, from housekeeping to the front desk and the restaurant staff. It's hard to find good staff these days but this hotel is very lucky to have the right people. I never take my time to write a review but this time I am so happy about my choice of the hotel that I had to say it. The only thing I regret is that I forgot to leave some tips 😫💕.

The room, the public area, the staff, the food... Basically, everything 😊.

We liked the room and especially the bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always were there if help was needed. The food was very good and the pool facilities was relaxing. This hotel was very close to many attractions and most in walking distance.

On the last day the lift was not working and we had to bring our suitcases down stairs from level 5 to ground floor. It was not that bad and we still would rate this hotel a very good hotel to come back to. only issue we really was the Eiffel Tower room didn’t have a good direct view of the Eiffel Tower.

Great location, very nice staff, runs more like a boutique hotel, beds were extra comfy, interior was beautiful, pool/spa area were nice. We also had adjoining rooms for children which was very convenient.

I think I expected more from what I consider a 5 star experience as the hotel is rated. They were understaffed probably due to Corona, bar wasn't always open, doorman was sometimes there, sometimes not, food was good (we only had breakfast) no 24 hour concierge. We also went for Christmas so I had expected what you see at any 5 star property, lots of beautiful decor, festive atmosphere, high tea service. All very lacking in these areas. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. We had very comfortable rooms, it is in a great location, everyone was there to help if you needed anything, but I'm not sure the price is justified. It feels more like a 4 star property with a 5 star price tag.

I loved the color scheme of the hotel, the vibe and the cleanliness of the room

The only thing I didn’t like is The pool!! Well lot of couple use it for their own private romantic moments. I tried couple of time to use it and you but felt awkward using it because there was a couple who put their music very loud, without taking into consideration other people feeling and were kissing and flirting all the time. I would agree with that If it was happening at a public beach but when it comes to 5 star hotel I would suggest to have someone who supervise this area and maintain a 5 star environment. The pool wasn’t useful for me as it was always dirty as well.
