Well centrally located

No proper breakfast . You can do room service just for coffee, juice and couple of croissants 29 euros . Way over priced . I wanted some fruits only berries were available and they wanted additional 30 euros just for berries Other than that my stay was very pleasant. I wanted to stay longer but the breakfast situation was too inconvenient for me . I have to get out to have a proper breakfast ended up ordering in even though i did not like the choice or the price

I liked the room (was spacious, beautiful, clean and light), the service and the location of the hotel most. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Very great room with extra space for putting luggage and also special compartments for your footwear and separate wardrobe. I also very much liked the quality of the toiletries and quality of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Overall - very good hotel with great value for money. Will definitely come back once in Paris again.

Superb hotel. Each and every single staff member were friendly and helpful. Splendid room- found out we had been upgraded when we checked-in. Spacious luxurious room. Clean facilities. The staff couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, centre of Paris, close walk to many places of interest and food, just a short walk for a stunning view of the Eiffel tower. Thank you again for an amazing stay, we hope to return soon.

Location and service. The staff was very quick to respond to our requests.

Our room is in need of updating. The bath tub/shower leaks and water spills over the bathroom floor when we shower. There are dirty spots on carpets and headboards. The entire hotel ran out of body lotion. And unlike most five stars in Paris, they only give you two bottles of water on arrival. We had to walk around to buy water and lotion.

The staff were exceptional. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite

Wonderful stay! Cozy room and friendly staff. Only 2-minute walk from the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, which is perfect after concerts! Highly recommend, will return for next Paris trip

The room was very spacious with a nice living area. The location is privileged with walking distance to coffee shops, bistros, convenience stores and car access. The staff is very attentive.

My room was a bit outdated regarding carpeting, electric plugs and furniture. There is also no capsule coffee machine.

Based in centre of Paris, short walk to Eiffel Tower and surrounded by fantastic restaurants

10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and Arc etc. Friendly English speaking staff.

Rooms could possibly be slightly more modern,however, are still nice. Drinks were in the minibar/fridge in the room and we weren’t told they weren’t free until check out or how expensive they were. 7.5 euro for an orange juice.
