The staff are friendly and attentive. I liked the staff who serve breakfast.

Terrible staff in the restaurant during dinner. The agreement of the hotel with the Fosca restaurant is a mistake. Since first of all the staff takes care of customers from the street. Waiting for ready meals can last up to 1.5 hours. Sometimes the ingredients of the finished dish differ from the description on the menu. Manager Mustafa is not attentive, not neat. We do not recommend dining at this restaurant.

Perfect location for those who leave from and arrive at Gare de Lyon that is also very convenient for subway users. The room was a bit larger than standard 3 star hotels in Paris and very clean. Friendly efficient staff let my stay comfortable. I will definitely go back and make it my regular hotel for my future business trips to Paris.

The only thing that I put as a remark is the fridge that did not work at all but was just at ambient temp with lights on, and also Wifi did not work though it would not be a problem for domestic guests like me.

Right opposite train station so easy to get anywhere. We travelled from here to Disneyland. Lovely extra details in the room. Stocked mini bar and chocolate. Beds were comfy and linens were luxurious, the towels were so fluffy! Staff were very friendly and helpful with giving directions. The air conditioning had been turned on prior to our arrival so the room was lovely and cool.

A bit on the expensive side especially since it is under going renovations and the stairway was covered in plastic.

right across from Gare de Lyon, so easy access to trains (and taxis). true queen size bed with great mattress, good towels, lots of hot water, perfect for a one night stay before our trip to airport. one nice treat is that you can use the mini bar fridge to keep your own things cold (no fancy motion sensors ;-) ) . friendly staff! I saw them dealing with people from various countries and treating them all warmly. busy neighborhood but good quality windows kept most noise out.

like most rooms in Paris, the room is on small side, not an issue for one night but would not be great for longer stay. No soap when we got to room but staff took care of that quickly

Great location. Clean, staff were pleasant and friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Not too noisy despite the location.

The hotel is being renovated, and definitely needs it: rooms look very scruffy and are quite cramped, not much space. Free chocolate is a bonus, but it was so hot, some free water would have been much better. Nowhere in Paris is cheap, sadly, this was probably as good as it gets for value for money, given how good the location is.

Comfy beds, spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast, superb location being close to train station, restaurants, metro and grocery store. The family has a street view.

Squeaky floor, less available socket and noise of cars honking throughout the night can be heard from the adjacent street.

Convenient for Gare de Lyon and bars/restaurants. It was an overnight stay as we travelled from Venice back home in England. Room was not over sized, but was comfortable, clean and very suitable for our overnight stopover. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke excellent English. Price was typical for the area.

Booked for 2 adults and 1 child which met we had 2 rooms but on arrival found that the rooms were 4 floors apart. Would've preferred at least on the same floor.

Great location, comfortable room, good room service (stock up of tea and coffee every day). In general, nothing to complain about.

It's far from being the most expensive hotel in Paris, but anyway, it wasn't cheap. Other thing, the wi-fi connection was rather bad. It's better to have an Internet bundle on your mobile.

The staff were amazing, really helpful and proactive. If you're catching a train or arriving by train from Gare de Lyon this is the perfect spot. We had one at 6.30am and all we had to do was walk across the street.

Plugs. There was 1 plug in the whole room and that was for the kettle. So charging 2 phones and a computer was tricky. They are doing some renovating so perhaps this is being updated.
