Good breakfast, good staff, fantastic location. Easy metro access. Lots of local eateries. Off the well beaten tourist trail.

Superior double room which wasn't particularly big. Basic room facilities. Fire alarm went off twice during the early hours due to people smoking, not the hotels fault, but not good customer service followed either.

Such a beautiful hotel with loads of character.

We stayed in a 2 joint rooms on the 5th floor. The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful. They assisted us with any question or issue we had. The rooms were really nice, comfortable and clean. The A/C worked great. The rooms had small minibars we used for milk and chocolates milk for the kids.

Exceptional caring and friendly staff. Cleanliness and comfort of hotel. Beds etc very comfortable. Good breakfasts. Lovely outside garden area. Close to transport and close to lovely restaurants in nearby Latin Quarter. Such a great hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect location and metro access 2min walk. not too crowded area and great location to soak in the Parisian lifestyle. This Hotel exceeded my expectations and there were days that I would want to stay in. the beautiful courtyard was great if you wanted to sit outside, and my room was nice and quiet and comfy bed and pillows. My check in, check out and stay experiences from the staff was amazing and I felt comfortable and safe at all times and they were happy to arrange taxi services when need and provided me with information. Adjustable air-condition and Windows to open was great and some days you just wanted the natural air. Great to have Kettle and fridge in the room and mini bar service was also available. They also provided complimentary water daily and I did not need to buy any toiletries as what they provided was great quality! I had a night flight and loved that check out was at midday and they held my bags for the day and offered use of bathroom to change before I went to the airport, Thank You that was very convenient for me. On my next visit I will be staying here again without a doubt!!

Beautiful place with friendly staff! The room was very cute like staying inside Beauty and the Beast castle. Fresh fruit, water and coffee, nice sitting area in the lobby. Excellent AC and elevator too which were not offered in a lot of other properties in similar price range but were a blessing on hot summer days with temps in 85-86 range! The breakfast was 17euro. It was nice, ordinary but pretty decent and saved time! It was walking distance from a few landmarks like Notre dame , Luxembourg gardens, moufettard street etc .. the manager gave me a map and highlighter everything important and useful! Eiffel Tower / Louvre and Montemarte required bus/metro.

It’s interesting that in most North American hotels the pancakes, waffles, crepes etc are fresh (machine made but fresh).. but the crepes and pancakes here were cold. They tasted good. I just found it but odd.

very clean and nice hotel. all decorations looked lovely and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. the staff was really nice and also recommended a really nice France restaurant nearby which was the best tip ever

The breakfast available for purchase had an excellent assortment of foods to choose from. Location was good and not in a touristy area, which was a plus for us, but during the european summer holiday several local businesses had closed for the month. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet at night.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. The in room coffee and bottle of water were not consistently replenished during our stay, but the person at the front desk apologized when this was brought to their attention, remedied it, and explained it could have been due to them using temporary workers during the summer holiday period.

Comfortable bedding and nice shower. Staff were friendly and even told us of the local bakeries and shops we could go to.

The spoons provided to us were used and already had coffee on them.

Lovely hotel. Impeccable decor. Thoughtful amenities. Staff is top-notch and very helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them. Breakfast was good. Would prefer a few cooked dishes like scrambled eggs or pancakes but there was a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel is in the 5th arrondissement so not very centrally located to tourist sites. I took cabs and Uber but if I'd stayed longer would have used the Metro and buses so not a problem. The rooms are charming with everything you need. I had a nice view of the courtyard. Very well-run hotel top to bottom. Reasonable rates. Would stay again.
