the staff was extremely friendly, the room was bigger than the usual Paris standards, beautiful (we had the privilege bedroom, with the stars ceiling), the bathroom was big and nice, with a balcony, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Quiet area but really close from nice restaurants and the metro station.

Very clean, nice staff, comfortable beds and a good location. Breakfast catered for many tastes.

We booked the jacuzzi suite and when we arrived we found the hot tub was not working. We were not told prior to our arrival that it had been out of order for seemingly some time so this was disappointing. However they did refund us some of the cost of the room without quibble which was appreciated. At busy times it is hard to get a table for breakfast, they could do with extra hands at busy times but the breakfast staff were very lovely and worked very hard.

Amazing location with good transport links, some buses stop within 1 minute walk and the train to the airport is 10 minutes away. Also staff is friendly and welcoming. Room a little small but functional, I guess that's understandable given you're in central Paris.

Excellent location and friendly staff all around. Guiliano was very informative and helpful. We didn’t eat breakfast there but it did look good. Laundromat and bakery was right around the corner and many restaurants nearby. I will definitely be back there to stay if I’m in Paris again.

I can’t think one. But if I must say…not sure if this place is for everyone who has issues with space. Both of us are petite so it was perfect for us. But it may be claustrophobic for others.

The location was good, and moving around was very convenient. The staff was helpful, and quick to respond. The place was neat and well-kept. I had a nice overall experience.

For some reason, the wifi didn't work at all on the 5th floor where we stayed. We tried to resolve the problem, but we didn't manage to have access to the hotel's wifi throughout our whole stay. It was Valentine's day, so no big deal, although I wouldn't recommend the place if you need a good connection.

I loved the location, very close to Rue Mouffetard, loved the market there. The room is small, but clean, the beds are really comfy, we walked 20K steps every day so maybe we were tired and slept really well. the shower is good. Most of the staff is friendly, with 1 exception, but people can have a bad day. I would easily stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

they can update the décor and the carpet in room 102, haven't seen the others. one of the staff was in constant bad mood

The property was an excellent location. The surrounding area was very safe and had great access to transport links with buses. There was lots of shops, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

We had trouble working the air-con which made sleeping sometimes uncomfortably hot.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check in, but they made up our room quickly and let us in - very cool

Some might find it charming, but the interior was a little on the funky side for us with leather, tile, fringes and plastic. But hey, fun! The bathroom was very small and we needed space for our few items, it did have a reading light though (big plus for some, I imagine)

The property was in an ideal location, easy to get to all the sights with the 91 bus very nearby and the metro line 7. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us good tips. The room was compact but very clean and comfortable with a balcony.

It wasn’t easy to see the sign as the weather had removed all the writing.
