The staff was great, so nice, friendly and helpful everyday. They even gave us free breakfast for the time we stayed because we were ripped off at the airport by a service claiming to be a taxi, but weren't. I believe the name of that service was Blacklane. Charged us $250 for a $72 faire from the airport. And the driver got into a road rage with another driver on the highway going into Paris, while we were in the car...very scary!

Getting in the shower was a little difficult. A large person couldn't do it. Wish I had a view out my window...

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned each day to a high standard. It was very hot during our stay and it was good having a ceiling fan in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel represented good value for money within easy reach of all attractions.

We had booked two rooms with shower. One of the rooms had a shower while the other had a bath with a shower attachment. One of the rooms was at the back of the hotel and was a bit cramped, making it difficult to fully open the windows without moving the bed and leaving little space for our cases.

The location is amazing as well as staff! The hotel is well connected with all tourist attractions and very close to many little shops, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. The room was cleaned everyday and we got all the help we needed from staff to make our stay very pleasant!

The room and bathroom are quite small, which isn't a great problem but is worth mentioning. Walls are very thin, so you could hear people in the hallway and in the next room if they were talking a bit louder. It's definitely worth the price paid overall, knowing these two problems are not possible to solve since that is how the building is designed.

Hotel Sunny was a great place to stay for a long week-end in Paris. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, they let us stay a bit longer after the check-out time. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were close to the Panthéon, to Jardin des Plantes, in one of my favourites quartiers. The quality of the breakfast was good, however I missed a bit the charchuteries.

The walls (just like everywhere in Paris) were thin, so it was easy to hear noises on the corridor or from other rooms but altogether we had a really great time at Sunny and the noises weren't too bothering either.

Room number 1 was terribly smoky with cigarettes, the bed and the whole room stank, even after airing all day. also this room was on the first floor, the windows face the street directly, it is very noisy, it is impossible to open the window, it is unsafe. After I told the receptionist about the smell, he suggested that the previous tenants smoked and I just need to ventilate the room. Although smoking is prohibited

The lady at the reception was really helpful and let us leave out luggage for a few hours after check out.

The cleaning lady knocked at our door at 10:30 saying that we needed to get out of the room, which was annoying as we still had 30 min before the check out and she wasn't nice. They need to train their housekeepers how to talk to the guests.

The room was cleaned properly every day and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for those intending to visit Paris for sightseeing. Just a half-hour's walk from Ile de la Cite.

Walls between rooms need better sound insulation. One or two minor bathroom fittings had worked loose as had the locking handle of the balcony window.

the bedroom and ensuite were modern and very clean, wooden floor + cupboard + desk and chair. There was a ceiling fan which was much needed due to the heat of summer. The room and bathroom was cleaned and tidied everyday including fresh towels and toiletries. There is an elevator in the hotel. You can leave your luggage there before check in and for a few hours after check in. The location is good with grocery shops (need for cold drinks), cafes and restaurants, a metro, a Sunday market nearby. My room had a floor to ceiling window with juliette balcony.

I believe we had a handicap room because it was quite spacious and had a huge bathroom. The ceiling fan was a necessity! It was clean and very close to restaurants and the Les Goblins metro entrance.

First floor, so we couldn't open our window without being in full view of every pedestrian. The other window was to a tiny room that had tools stored in it, but did open to the sky I believe

We absolutely loved our stay here while in Paris. The staff were such a pleasure to speak to every day and they are helpful in every way possible! We truly felt so comfortable staying here & it’s close to a center with lots of cafes, markets etc. The latin quarter was one our favorites & would highly recommend Hotel sunny in the future. We’ll be staying here when we return to France one day. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and lovely. It made our experience that much better. Oh, and on the last day we had a quick breakfast and it was worth it! Very convenient. They also were so sweet enough to hold onto our luggage while we traveled to another country. Thank you again Hotel Sunny staff! The rooms are small, but this is standard for Europe. As well as bathrooms, but our entire room was clean, lovely and cozy.
