The housekeeping, reception, bar, restaurant & management staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and everyone couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is immaculate throughout, rooms were spacious, extremely clean, very well designed & comfortable, we stayed in the junior suite and a twin room, both had lovely outside spaces. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and really good food (the cheese board serving was expertly done and quite exceptional), breakfast was lovely, the outside terrace on the ground floor is a wonderful place to sit and have a drink / food as its just next to the Jeanne d"Arc Tower. I could go on, we really loved staying here in Rouen, its a great hotel.

Nothing, no complaints!

The hotel is very close to some of the main attractions, easy to get there just a few steps walking from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and fantastic. Lots of choices and variety.

The staff.... there were two people at the front desk the day when we arrived. The lady was very nice, but the guy who helped us with the check-in was not so nice or professional. We truly believe when you are from another country where the language is not your language, you are going to ask questions. Maybe silly questions, but you expect at least a nice answer to understand their hotel policies. Instead of that, we got an attitude and a nasty tone of voice.

Having stayed at the Radisson Blu jn Bordeaux earlier in the week, the layout, rooms and facilities are similar. Breakfast was exceptional, wide choice of cooked and continental food along with teas. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the spa but this was included in the cost of our room. They had at least 4 Nr EV dedicated parking spaces and chargers. Parking was €16 a day.

On this occasion, we had a bath with shower over. The pressure and temperature were both good however the shower head was placed at one side and not centrally. There was a strange smell along the corridor.

Good location just a short walk from main tourist area - cathedral, churches and very extensive bars, cafes and restaurants. Rouen itself is a lovely place with streets and buildings dating back hundreds of years. Hotel is impeccable with friendly staff. We had a very spacious and spotlessly clean air conditioned room with super king and super comfy bed. Good value for money too. Lovely al fresco bar area where bar meals are served as well as drinks. We did not try the restaurant so can't comment on it. Highly recommended.

The room was amazing and very large and we loved that we could mirror our iPad onto the big tv to watch anything we wanted and that there were speakers in the bathroom. The bed was big and very comfortable. Our dinner was absolutely phenomenal and the staff there were incredible and so attentive. Good location for exploring and loved the underground parking which was a real bonus for us.

Unfortunately there was left over room service trays left outside our front door when we went to our room which wasn’t very nice and the AC seemed to not be working very well as we had it on cold but the room was still very hot.

We stayed at the beginning (3 nights) and 1 night two weeks later at the end of our holiday. In the first room the drinks fridge wasn’t cool, the basin was blocked, the speaker in the bathroom didn’t work. The later visit was much improved - a different bedroom - but everything was working & only slight problem was the amount of dust & dirty sock found under the lovely comfy bed. The dust was only an issue because I have an allergy to dust!

Excellent location in the city centre with underground parking. Parking was quite tight but still managed to squeeze my 5 series BMW in. The breakfast was very good and what I've come to expect in Radisson Blu hotels.

The restaurant has always been full booked whenever we've stayed here, possibly a good sign but after a long days travel it would have been nice to be able to eat something other than the meagre room service offering. On the plus side it meant we had to wander on tired legs into town and we found a fantastic restaurant called Le P'tit Zinc. Great wine list and menu!

The location couldn’t be better - a few minutes from the train station, many good restaurants and all the sites in easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful. A lot of comments mention that the car park is small and hard to navigate for big cars. I have to assume these people do not live in France! We have a big family car, but we live in the région parisienne and for us the car park was completely normal, even more spacious than some we are used to. Drive carefully of course but it is not a big problem!

I was slightly disappointed by breakfast. There were plenty of delicious, fresh pastries and breads, juices and hot food. However, guests are entitled to one “à la carte” item included with the price of breakfast, but nobody made this clear - there was just a small card on the table. Then, nobody came to take the order - after 15 or 20 minutes we tried to ask someone who was bringing food in and out of the kitchen, but were told to ask the person seating guests instead. We did so, but it just felt like they didn’t want us to order these items - there was no indication of how or with whom to order them, and no one pointed out that we were entitled to it. It was the same on both days of our stay. In the end when the à la carte items came, they were very average.

Good location, a gentle stroll into the centre of the old town. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good. The room was very good - not cluttered with furniture - minimalist and calm. Liked the bathroom - plenty of space to put everything. Air conditioning was very quiet for a change.

Minor issue - the toilet was separate to the bathroom but did not have a sink so each time you used the loo, you had to run across to the bathroom to wash your hands!

Great location, fully renovated, modern. Great balcony, shower. Really nice. Comfortable hotel.

The staff wasn't super friendly. I didn't find bathrobes in the room, they were in a closet I didn't notice by the fridge. When we approached front desk the guy said there is a charge for it 5 euros per person. I had to go back to my room and make sure bathrobe was included in my booking. I had executive room and for those bathrobes are included. The front desk should have simply tell us: "look in the closet by the fridge".
