The hotel is very close to the train station and the city-centre, like ~8minutes of walk. The room and bathroom are clean. I was able to open the window in the room.

The room floor isn't straight and I felt there is height difference in different parts of the room. Minor issue! I wish bathroom door had a handle to stop the door going too deep into the wall while opening, and in general for more comfortable usage. !!! The stairs are curvy, narrow with soft uneven steps. Please keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy, or you have motion/strength issues. !!!

The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The room was small but adequate for one night . The bed was very comfortable with good linen. The location was good just out of the main hub of the city but well within walking for restaurants and bars and historic sites. The breakfast was very good plenty of choice the coffee was good. The owner was very attentive making sure guests had everything they wanted. Parking was just round the corner with parking consession from the hotel.

Great location, 10 mins walk from rail station and within easy walk of city places of interest. Friendly staff. Warm rooms in winter. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast.

Charged twice as booking.com hadn't shown that I had paid to the hotel on the first day, so had to pay again when leaving. It took a week or more before the pending transaction was rectified.

Cozy old building, clean, convenient location. Soundproof for outside noise, I didn't hear the rain. Heating system is good, it was warm and dry.

Property needs more careful renovation. Ceiling looks like it's going to fall on your head. When someone walks in the corridor, whole floor vibrates.

The hotel is found in the city centre but is so peaceful and quiet. Good beds, clean room, friendly service made it a wonderful stay in Rouen!

The hallway leading to our room gave an appearance that the construction was not yet finished. But it hindered not a bit.

Breakfast had a great selection, location was very good for museums and old town, bed comfortable, shower was powerful, staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a little dated in decor but obviously undergoing work and the walls are a bit thin but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was very responsive and they exchanged my room for a better one because the first wasn't clean. New room was gigantic and had everything one may need. Bathroom was big too. Absolutely recommended for short or long stays.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean and light with the big windows. Shower was great too.

The parking was a slight pain especially with luggage

Good location, walkable to the centre of Rouen. The hotel owner and wife were very friendly and accommodating. The hotels has many original features.

Good value of money: not a luxury hotel, but reasonable clean and confortable. The room was spacious. Good location.

No lift. Some of the furniture was a bit old. To be expected though.
