Great overnight stop on our journey from Calais to Dordogne. Booked a family room for our family of 4 and 2 dogs and it was a great size for us. Great value for money if you just want somewhere to lay your head overnight. Bonus was Tesla supercharger in the carpark, which was a complete surprise

My only very small cristism would be that the rooms get hot, and the sofa beds are very thin and springy so not the most comfortable, but I still think it is great value for money

I like the location it was great with a young baby. I liked the swimming pool. The hotel was very nice, good building with nice restaurant and bar and outside. The hotel room was a very good size. I like the layout of the hotel. The staff were excellent. The staff went out of there way to be helpful which is important as you remember these things. I asked to get some clothes washing done my clothes and babies clothes. Although I missed the timeline which was till 9 am the lady took my clothes and they were all washed within the same day. I got back with my husband and baby to find in our hotel room clean clothes at about 5 pm all folded and also hung up in the wardrobe. This is outstanding service. There is also a lidl supermarket nearby and a restaurant.

The air conditioning in the room did not work very well.

really lovely staff. the reception area was nice, loads of breakfast choice, a clean swimming pool. kids toys and a nice green space etc. a great drop off.

we booked two rooms and arrived late at night from travelling. unfortunately the second room was not made up and still had crumpled sheets and dirty towels from the last customers. we ended up all sharing a room. the hotel said they’d refund us and said they’d give us free breakfast so we weren’t that phased. fortunately we could all fit in one room. second thing is the hotel was like a sauna. it wasn’t that warm outside but there’s no air con or fans so it’s pretty hot. if it was even higher summer I’d imagine it was unbearable.

Fresh clean and well maintained public areas. The staff were lovely and very efficient, welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two very good vegetarian meals which were freshly prepared with good quality ingredients, something one doesn’t often find. Enjoyed our short travel stop in St Etienne for a second time and we will return

Room was clean, bed very comfortable but washroom rather dated.

From the moment we arrived the Reception staff were first class and all the way through our stay. Breakfast was superb and the staff extremely helpful The bar area was comfortable except for one night when they located a pin ball machine which was extremely noisy The dinner was first class and the service

The outdoor pool was very good - clean and quite large with towels provided. The buffet breakfast was excellent : a really large choice - excellent bread and pastries but also a range of cereals and some cooked food available. My wife needs gluten-free food and she was well catered for. the evening meal was really good too.

The bedroom was rather hot. There was no fan or air conditioning and the window had been shut all day.

Convenient location, very friendly staff.

Shower curtain, but you have already indicated that bathrooms will be renovated next year. We stayed in room 122 on 11 April and the same room a week later on 18 April. Both times there wasno soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. We had to use shower gel to washour hands.

The room was large and quiet- view of wooded area was tranquil. There was a nearby walk through a wood that was well landscaped and pleasant. It was nice to be able to sit outside with a glass of wine in the evening.

It would have been nicer to have a shower screen rather than a curtain but the water pressure was good. Bed could have been a little larger but good linen.

Enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing the grounds surrounded by trees. The room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent

Very crowded dining room for dinner. Staff were amazing dealing with a lot of people but could have done with more staff.

Rooms were big and clean. Staff were very helpful. The outside areas of the hotel were very pretty. Easy to access from driving routes. Nice and large car park. It was a quick easy bus route to the centre of Rouen.

Rooms were a bit outdated and the equipment a bit old. Hair dryer didn’t work.
