Parking on site with easy access. Comfortable bed and room (although no chair or sofa in regular double). Excellent quality, varied breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy checkin/out. Large ground floor seating area. Bar til late!

Would prefer armchair/chair in room.

A new hotel, in the southern part of Rouen. Although typical Ibis hotel chain style but a nice and modern design. A very spacious lobby, with table games and tea/ coffee possibilities. A drinking tap water is a nice touch. An excellent breakfast, with a lot of choise, including fresh juice. A room with a basic equipment and free toiletries. Car parking possibilities either in parking spot or on street. We really enjoyed our stay during a night.

very clean hotel, also very quiet when we stayed. Staff kindly allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated having driven overnight. the room was lovely, and also very clean , the aircon was fantastic. breakfast was super and we enjoyed an hour or so of free pool with a few drinks before bed in the lobby. parking to rear of property for 8 euris was great - also secured with a barrier which was re-assuring. thankyou so much great team here at IBIS river gauche

Nice hotel, although it was far away from the city center. It has all the hotel chain standards offering for a reasonable price the needed confort. Room is spacious and clean same as bathroom. Breakfast has several options, good for starting the day. Parking is possible on site and it comes with an extra cost but has reasonable price.

Not much to complain about

Hotel was really nice. The staff were very pleasant and the accommodated requests. Very clean. Good location. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also really good. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations and really good value for money.

The bar closed early by 10pm - we only just got back from dinner at 10. There is no restaurant for evening meals (yes they did Pizza etc but no restaurant.).

Good location, needing to stay in Rouen but not the centre, however I believe quite easy to access. We also liked that it had parking and car charging

It would have been even better with the ability to make a hot drink in our room, we’d have loved a tea or coffee in the morning

Breakfast area in morning was manic as they constantly were running out of cutlery, orange juice and some foods not enough staff employed to keep on thing running smoothly with such a big turnover of people. Staff generally friendly and helpful.

The airco didn't work, so we had to sleep with open window. The problem is the hotel is located on a street with extreme noise (passing traffic, revving motors, plus a squeaky gate at the neighbouring building, which kept opening and closing the whole night long), so didn't get much sleep.

The location was great with a bus stop to the centre of Rouen just a few metres away. The design of the building was lovely , very clean and modern. Reception staff were helpful. The room was air-conditioned which was very welcome in a heatwave, the bed very comfortable and the shower great. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Secure parking (extra cost but that was made clear at booking) was also great .

There was nothing we didn't like. All great.

The beds and pillow can we more comfortable as they are really not good. I would recommend investing is better bedding
