The location of the hotel is very convenient to reach city center by tram. Nice residential area. Premises are very clean, breakfast is fine.

Staff is absolutely disconnected from any reasonable service. How would you rate reception staff who don’t inform you three days that your deyayed lagguage is arrived ti the hotel. At the end, airport inform us, not any hotel employee. At the check out we were asked to pay some bills from the bar we never made. And, at the final after ten days when we arrived to collect our suitcase and drpart, receptionist wellcomed us and wizhed us nice stay!

Although a little off from the city center, the hotel is right next a tram station, with a direct line both to the city center and to the train station, which makes it really easy to move anywhere you need to. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are small but very cosy and the bathroom is modern and nice. It is everything you need for a nice stay in Strasbourg for a small price.

There are no warm options on the small breakfast buffet, but everything available was very tasty and fresh.

We had a room on the top floor which had a nice view. We were able to park in the garage just under the hotel so we felt that the car was very secure. The tram for going into the city was just a half block from the hotel. There was a bar so we were able to get a drink in the evening. The breakfast room was very pleasant with large windows, comfortable seating and an excellent choice of items. Though small the designer had done an excellent job of giving guests what they really need, a comfortable bed, a place to hang clothes, a small shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries and a nice shower.

We could have used a larger room but as I said the room had everything that you really need in a small space. The receptionist did not tell us that the tram would stop running at 7pm on Christmas Eve as they were not aware but we were able to get a taxi back from the restaurant and it was not expensive.

This Ibis hotel has such friendly staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It's conveniently placed with easy access to public transport, car park in the basement. Good breakfast (home baked cakes throughout the day), and a good selection of dishes for dinner. The rooms are clean.

The location next to a very busy road is a bit noisy. Once in the room with closed window it's quiet. But you will need to open the window as the network connection is not brilliant and the room generally is quite warm.

We chose the hotel based on price and location (close to the Students Dorm). Due to the holidays, there were plenty of parking spaces 2 blocks away (but I guess street parking can be challenging). The tram is just in front of the hotel and it is the most practical transportation. The breakfast was great, the stuff nice, everything was very clean.

The only objections are the view (street, but it was not noisy – good soundproofing) and the lack of a wardrobe (only two shelves, we had to keep our things mainly in the suitcases).

The wifi after 3 days of staying disconnected and you had to wait till next morning to be able to reactivate which caused a bit of a disruption. The room should have a small fridge in order to be able to place a couple of bottles of water. The parking was a bit of an issue, if hotel parking was a bit cheaper, we would have purchased the spot.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and extremely professional and we were blown away when they contacted us after checking out to confirm that they had discovered our son's new Nintendo game console in the room. Impressive and renewed our faith in human nature and the cleaning staff should be praised for their honesty and integrity - greatly appreciated and we'll definitely be staying at an IBIS again!

The entrance into the hotel from the car park in the basement needs some TLC particularly to eliminate the smell of sewage. It wasn't a good introduction to what is essentially a good hotel.

The hotel is great value for money. It is close to the tram stop so it is easy to get to the center - about 20 min. The rooms are not large but the space is enough, especially if the traveler just spends the night there. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The breakfast is simple but nice quality.

We had a great time visiting the Christmas Markets. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Restaurant and coffee downstairs. Very close to the tram station that took us to town centre. Secure underground carpark although its not free. Perfect for a few days to explore Strasbourg

The place was nice and also the breakfast, with lot of sweet and savoury delights. Also, the position is good! Right in front of the hotel, there is the tram D stop that brings you to the city centre. The hotel offers a 12€/day car park. But if you are lucky, you can find a free car slot just in the streets around.
