Amazing location, friendly staff, good value for money (especially if you are thinking of cooking or need a fridge in the room). Super quiet room with some interesting view to older buildings. Warm water and the heating worked well. The bed was comfy and we could separate the mattresses a bit, just like my mom and I needed. The city is super cute and great for a 2-night stay.

The corridor smelled like food every day, the whole day. At some point the room and bathroom will need some renovation… it’s a functional apartment, not really pretty.

Good location 15 min walk from the station. Room good size for 2 adults. 2 singles pushed together. Window opens, small sink, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Hotplate. You can make a meal. TV only French. Bathroom with over bath shower. Heated towel rail. You can only buy breakfast in its cafe. We went out to eat breakfast, plenty of proper boulanger, within 25 yards. Restaurants and Cinemas all around . Metro, bus, nearby. You are paying for the location. Its not luxury, more like a 2 star.

2 electric plugs in the bathroom, loose, with wires showing. Reported it to staff but nothing done about it!!!

Very central location, side streets full of cafes, bars and restaurants, a carrefour express right on the corner, a very lively and safe area to return late as I was traveling alone with a friend. - The beds are extremely comfortable, which made our stay worthwhile, as we barely stayed in the room, just to rest at night. - We used the utensils available to cook small meals, it was convenient.

- Cleaning could be much better as there was a huge stain on the carpet and on the bathroom curtain, not to mention the inside of the toilet bowl which had a crust, completely yellow. It could be easily fixed with baking soda and vinegar. - Unfortunately, it is worth mentioning that the room becomes quite stuffy during the summer, even with the fan available.

Spacious, clean apartment only 15 minutes walk from the train station and the cathedral. It also had a bath which was lovely after staying in several apartments with only showers. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage by the reception for a few hours after we had checked out.

A coffee machine was provided but no coffee. It's difficult when you're travelling from town to town to carry coffee, sugar etc.

A great value for money hotel of studios that has a superb-excellent location. It is near the Strasbourg Cathedral, near Petite France, very near a shopping mall and other nearby shops, very near the tram station, has right outside the hotel places to eat. I think for travellers that want the apartment just to shower and sleep is is an excellent choice. The staff was very helpful. The entry to the hotel using a code is a very convenient way to enter the hotel irrespective of the time of arrival. Wifi was available and was actually working at a good speed. There was hot water at all times. All in all we recommend the place and we would stay again at Sejours should we visit Strasbourg again.

It would add to the image/functionality of the apartment if there was at least a couch/sofa available in the studio for people to sit. Also if there were more kitchenware available not only for two persons it would help if someone wanted to cook and eat at the studio and invite a couple of more persons.

Perfect location, room excellent except for mold around bathtub and smelly bathroom sink which didn't drain well (I purchased bleach for both problems). Shower excellent, bed comfortable. As I stayed for 3 weeks I requested that a dozen hangers be supplied. No answer (not great on answering any of my communications via booking.com). And there were 5 hangers. Poor show there. Staff very nice. Asked to not be disturbed and I wasn't. Great heating system, don't know what they do in the really hot months.

Good facilities centrally located. The staff were friendly and informative, giving details about different aspects of the city.

Struggled with parking, although we did find a car park about 10 minutes walk away. The problem was though that it would be closed on the Sunday which was when we would be leaving, so we had to move it onto a street with parking spaces, an issue that wasn't really comforting given the notices informing drivers to leave nothing in their vehicles to reduce the chances of crime. Not easy to do when it was full of camping gear.

Amazing value for money! We were more than happy in this incredible spacious and clean apartment. We were 3 friends sharing this room and it never felt crowded, and even though our room was located on the street side ,where bars and restaurants are, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We always felt secure and everything was walking distance including many touristic sites, stores, supermarkets and cinemas all around the place. We absolutely loved it and recommend it 100%!

Nice room; very comfortable bed and bedding; stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water maker; close to Petite France; close to the metro rails; restaurants and shops nearby.

Very dusty water heater in the bathroom above the toilet - thick cobwebs hanging from it as well as the ceiling.
