The Hotel is nicely located, right next to a cute shopping street. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff very nice.

When we went to Strasbourg, it started being warmer outside and the air conditioning was still turned off. So we had to sleep with the window open which wasn’t great, either, because it was quite loud outside until the bars in the street closed (around 1 I guess). There were still towels from the previous guests in the bathroom but upon arrival, we got the sense that they were behind schedule to finish all the rooms. We arrived at check-in time and even though many guests seemed to have left the same day, the parking was already completely booked out. You should be aware that if you arrive on a Saturday, it might be hard to find a spot in the public parking affiliated to the hotel.

All went really well. The hotel was located probably at one of the best neighborhoods of the town, close to everywhere (sightseeing, museums, cafes, etc). The building was authentic and the room was quite comfortable and clean. The weather was rather chilly outside in the early days of April, but it was all warm inside. The staff was friendly and helpful in every aspect.

I was traveling alone and asked for a room for 1. Well, it was a really small room but still was OK for a tiny person like me.

Excellent helpful staff & location. The cold water was great in the heat wave. Not to mention the fabulous air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful with fruit available. Although Breakfast room & bar had 5 steps. PMR disability accessible room was big. Good turning circle in room & bathroom for wheelchair. If you use the stool to shower, be careful it does slip on the tiles. Lift access to our floor. Despite the PMR room facing the street we didn’t find it noisy.

A staff member told us not to bother with a restaurant booking. Turns out the restaurant did require a reservation. Many places were booked out. It was easy to get takeaway so not a massive problem.

My cousin and I loved that the hotel is right at the city center, it was within walking distance of a lot of landmarks and restaurants. The staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. We informed the hotel beforehand about our arrival time and requested an early check in. They replied that it was possible depending on the availability of the room and offered that we could leave our luggage with them while we start exploring the city. Once we arrived, the receptionist was surprised that the room was already cleaned and was available for checkin, we were able to checkin around 13:00 instead of 15:00. The free water machine for guests downstairs (incl. Sparkling water) was also very helpful. The double room with two single beds we stayed in was also spacious and cozy. It was also quiet and we had a good rest. It has a closet with more than 3 hangers (which is really helpful), a couch with a small table, a small work table and chair, plus a table with the TV (although we did not really used the tv). The breakfast buffet was also superb. We always had seats even though we usually go down half past 8 and there are still plates of fruits, dishes, breads and cheeses to choose from.

The bathroom did not have a door that locks, so the room could only really be for family, and trusted friends. Although we loved that the bathroom was spacious and that there was a small side table/chair inside where we could put our stuff, the shower only has a glass divider and no door or shower curtain. So it was a bit of an issue with the bathroom floor especially in front of the shower corner, being really wet including the bathroom rag.

When we first arrived, they happily stored our luggage for us. The location was great. It was a short walk from the train station and to visit everything we wanted to see. We had plenty of space in our room for ourselves and our things. The bathroom was large and we liked the bathtub. Our view was interesting - roofs. It was nice and quiet. We slept in very well both nights. Our son and daughter had a street view and it was a little noisier.

The room doors need to be fixed. Once we couldn't lock our door. We did tell the front desk. We still had to slam it shut. It seemed to be due to the age of the hotel.

Hotel is in a good location and that is reflected in the price. Room was a good size although the included sofa was also a possible fold-down bed and those commonly used items are, in my opinion, never comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite acceptable and well managed.

The room was very hot on arrival and the advertised "paid-for" Aircon did not work, not happy about that. Apparently it can overall be controlled by the hotel. Also our shower had an "open entry" enabling water to go all over the bathroom floor. (Probably no fault of the hotel as it was likely renovated that way by the building owner.) We were using towels to mop up the mess. At least there was a towel heater in the bathroom which was a bonus.

The hotel was located in the center of Strasbourg. Our experience with the staff was very pleasant and they were very helpful with all our questions. The room was nice and enough space and storage.

The room was a little warm and the central air did not work. We also had to switch rooms because the electricity did not work in the first room.

Best location. Right at the heart of Strasbourg - pedestrian walk all around us. Near the Cathedral, Palais Rohan, Le Petite France... Restaurants all around, even grocery and laundry service I love the European design of the rooms. They have sustainability efforts like not providing too many disposable plastic items. Breakfast was great! Their bread and fresh fruit selection was varied. Also the jams and spreads that go perfectly with their breads. I had a wonderful stay. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful all throughout. Worth returning to this hotel.

Excellent location to explore the old cobble streets of Strasbourg. It is walking distance to the train station. We loved the breakfast - everything was fresh and well presented. We selected a room with lovely old beams in the historic part of the hotel. We had an issue with our kettle not working, but it was quickly and efficiently solved by the very helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary coffee and icy cold drinking water (still and sparkling) are also available 24/7 in the lobby.

No fridge in the room.

The location is superb for visiting Strasbourg. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful and we were able to park in the small hotel car park. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean.

The hotel is somewhat corporate (inc breakfast) and not a boutique hotel but we knew this when booking, but it more than met our needs. The sizable and quiet room, helpful staff and great location made it a perfect stop over.
