We just can't fault this hotel! Location is perfect - across from the train station (though clean, organised and not noisy at all!) and a few minutes away from the city's main square. On the way there, you have tons of good quality restaurants and pubs. Our room was very spacious, the bed gigantic and super comfortable! At the entrance, you'll find a big glass bottle with fresh lemon-cucumber-grapefruit-herb water - always welcome at any time of day! The staff were all very nice and helpful, as well! We will definitely go back to Toulouse and waste no time selecting accommodation! 😍

Breakfast was good, but could have been better with some hot food selection. 😉

The room is small but comfortable for one person. The air conditioning worked well, and the open window at night provided relief from the summer heat. The shower is separated from the toilet by a convenient glass partition, and the water pressure was strong with a stable temperature. There were enough face wash gels, a hairdryer, and a towel dryer (which is not available in all hotels). The TV worked properly. The reception staff are very polite, and there is the option to get a complimentary drink (water, tea, coffee) in the room.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast! Definitely worth the price for a one night stop-over.

There is only one small lift to go up and down the four flights of stairs. Unfortunately, this is also the same elevator that the staff uses for housekeeping. We were on the fourth floor and we nearly missed our train because my dad has mobility issues and couldn't get down the stairs, but the elevators were engaged for about 30 minutes while the housekeeping/laundry was being shuttled up and down.

Late flight into Toulouse Bagnac so needed somewhere with access; we were able to leave luggage following day before getting a train; extremely convenient for both Tisséo shuttle bus from airport and for train station; v nice patisserie just around the corner; very quiet (room overlooked internal courtyard area); staff friendly and helpful; easy walking distance of centre.

For the money, can't think of anything! Would book again and have already recommended to friend who's booked already!

Room was large and clean. The breakfast was very nice I enjoyed it. Fresh orange juice and nice choices. The hotel was right opposite the railway station and shuttle to the airport. Hotel was well situated for day trips.

Some rooms dont have windows. The ones that do have narrow windows. Lots of rooms face inwards to a courtyard. Basically most have no views outside. It's quite a large hotel and if on a high floor it can be quite a walk to your room.

Light, bright and clean reception. The receptionist making a real effort to make one feel welcome. Spacious room with large and very comfortable double bed. Excellent location close to railway station and a short walk to the city center. numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as Carrefour.

Nothing to do with the hotel but one has to be prepared for homeless people sleeping in the street if one is going walk about. Would recommend avoiding back streets and alleys early in the morning or late in the evening.

The location opposite the Gare and in the canal was excellent. From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and friendly. The all day expresso coffee, tea and filtered water was a blessing. The breakfast (inc in the price) was delicious and of high quality. Our room was spacious and light filled with an outlook to the canal and gare. Most importantly the staff continued to be friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

The lift is tiny and busy so the lower floors are preferable. Some of the rooms are a long way from the stairs and lift so if you need access to tea or coffee through the night make sure you don’t get one of those.

Smashing location for (international) travellers – just across the square from the train station. The hotel has a contemporary, playful, chic interior design. My room was very stylish, airy, and full of light. Incredible view. Of my bank account too, since the room was quite affordable. Polite and helpful staff. Mouth-watering breakfast. Would love to come back. PS There was a huge letter sign (spelling out the word TOULOUSE) promoting the upcoming 2023 Rugby World Cup just outside the hotel (check my pics). Allez Les Bleus ! Oh, wait – on second thought, I am an All Blacks fan.

Great location near train station and peaceful canal, and easy walk to historic sites, bars, restaurants and shopping. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Thoughtful touches such as seating areas, left luggage and 24 hour tea and coffee. Always staff around, safe and family friendly atmosphere. Big, fresh breakfast. Definitely value for money.

My room was at front with a great view. However aircon didn't work so I had window open a lot with consequent noise and horrible smell from Subway outlet underneath.

It is literally right across the street from the Toulouse train station. The staff are very friendly. Konrad even remembers my name after I was there a week earlier! Who does that? Also, you can easily walk into the city and find anything you want. You can rent a car at the train station if you want one. I am visiting France for 2 weeks and I have chosen to stay here 3 different times. I think that is a very strong endorsement!
