Very modern arrangement of the room and also the entire property.

We are back home from more the one week and the the amount of money blocked by the property from my card was not put back in this account yet. At the check out, on 5th of June this year, when we asked abut this issue, ant the hotel personel let us know that they will release the guarantee money back on our account from the very next day. I think that this situation is not normal, to block the money instantly when the customer is at the check in, and to not send it back the money after more than an entire week after the check out. I am still locking to see the money back on my card as we were told.

great location and good room, however the 150 euro deposit and the staff were a let down. also having to take your own rubbish to the basement was a bit unexpected.

150 euro deposit, we have travelled Europe for the last 3 months in more than 20 accommodations and have only been asked for a deposit at this hotel. the staff were not very friendly and didn’t appear to be very interested.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. The residence location near the train station was perfect to stay one night between my flight and the train next day.

I've chose the option of the breakfast, and for its price it was not as good as I expected... The café nearby proposed a better breakfast for a cheaper price. Also I didn't like that there was a 150€ deposit blocked from my credit card. The return of this about was done as promised, but luckily I had enough on my card (I didn't know about this in advance which upset me the most)

Location a few minutes walk from train station. You really need to check map. The hotel advertises laundry facilities. I did not check them. It also advertises sauna etc. Fully booked when I visited.

Paying €150 as a deposit refunded at end of stay. Why? They only serve breakfast, no restaurant or bar facilities no real explanation. It said hotel policy wear mask all of time whilst in hotel. At breakfast 2 of us were wearing masks..

Very convenient for rail and bus station - just across the road. Good security. Good choice of breakfast items. Jacuzzi much appreciated after long day's journey. The euro deposit which had to be by credit card (so sterling card in my case) not my euro currency card, was only held - another establishment debited the amount in euros and then refunded it in euros with customer paying conversion fees and commission both ways.

The most thing that I liked was the staff David ( he was really nice with us and open the jacuzzi specially for us), also another girl on the reception recommended a restaurant that was nice with delicious food ( well done for the reception team). The location is really good. We did everything by foot and they have car park on site ( for the car parking you need to pay separately). The room was really clean and nicely decorated with modern style. My room also had a small kitchen with everything that you need to cook a small meal ( it’s was really handy).

Very comfortable room in the hotel with all needs. Located near the railway station and not far from the center of the city. In the room you could find all equipment for kitchen.

The staff took safety and guaranty money 150 euro but for us it was unexpected. No information about this rule on the booking.com. Not polite moment for check out at 07:00- we left the hotel without money came back to the bank card due to the staff check our room at 11:00 when start service of the room.

the hotel room is spacious and clean the breakfast is really nice and fresh. the location is prime the bed is really comfy.

the girls in the reception are not helpful I asked for towels and the got me two and asked for bed sheets and pillow cases they gave me quilt cover instead and one pillow case. it’s bad that there is no house keeping but they had all the cleaning tools in the room available. they added 20 euros for me per day to open the kitchenette to use the boiler. I believe they should have the boiler out of the kitchenette to be a room facility.

1. Exceptionally friendly staff who could not do enough to help you. 2. The room had fantastic facilities (it was an apartment style room, so fridge, hob, microwave etc provided). 3. Car Parking at the hotel was very safe and secure and the car park exit opened directly into the reception. 4. The room was very clean and quiet with all the expected facilities provided. 5. Hotel is not too far from the centre of the city.

1. The only downside was the 1.5km walk into the city centre. However there were plenty of bars and restaurants on the way into the centre to keep you busy, interested and refreshed.

Is near the train station, and is very clean and quiet. The staff is kind; not is normally but they supported me with checking before because I arrived before the permit hours. The buffet breakfast is good and completely.

Wasn’t in the description of the booking, only when I finished the booking they sends me message where said this, I was have to leave 150€ for deposit only by card, this deposit is refund between 1 to 3 days. Today I wait to refund still.
