Location, comfortable beds and quite clean and smart decorated rooms

- shower is on a bathtub and there's no place to hang the shower head. Making it quite inconvenient to clean yourself - breakfast is paid apart, cant recall if 10 or 15 euros per person, but totally unimpressive and not many options. Cakes and cookies still wrapped in plastic .Still I admit it's better to pay them and have a basic bfast than having it in a café outside where you pay the same and get even less - such a big building and you'd expect them to have a storage room for your luggage ... but they dont or if they do I wasnt given this option I needed to leave my belongings in a corner from the reception

The location is great! Right in the heart of city center. Lots of activity, bars, and restaurants right at the front door. The windows opened up to give a good breeze. The bed was big and comfy and the pillows were great! The staff was friendly and polite.

Its is a small space. Like, not just the room the whole hotel. Very little elevator. Very little shower. Very little toilet. None of this was a big deal for me, but it was noticeable. The walls were also pretty thin. It was pretty loud in the mornings when other rooms were being cleaned. It wasn't a big deal for me, but I could see if being an issue for others.

Best location in Toulouse! Nearby trains, Mateo , restaurants, bares and cafes!! Pleasant little room ! Very clean ! For a weekend or a short stay it’s a awesome choice ! Staff also very friendly!!!

There’s no curtains in the shower ! (Even though is small if fits any kind of curtain there ! ) it maked me nervous, had the whole bathroom wet every time I shower

Excellent location: just a few minutes walk from Le capitole, from the river (quai de la daurade& pont neuf), near the open tour bus, many shops including Lafayette and Victor Hugo market, many restaurants including l’Entrecote. the receptionist Arthur is very kind and helpful. the car parking is very close to the hotel, it is not for free, but being in the hotel you’ll get a special discount.

The website says there are preferential rates from the hotel for parking but no one seemed to know anything about that at reception. Luckily we were there Saturday/Sunday and Sunday is free parking in the street if you can find a space!!

Location very very central close to Place du Capitole and Place Wilson. From the hotel you can easily walk to visit the city sights or the river shores. The Matabiau train station is around 20 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants, boulangeries, bars and other shops in the areas around the hotel. The room was nice and quiet but the window had no views. Wifi was good.

Hotel is very central and ideal for sightseeing . We had 42 % heat so difficult to walk outside . Our room had aircon but most common parts of the hotel did not ...so this would be an improvement

Center city location was excellent. The room price for this location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. After I checked out, they stored my bag for the afternoon as I walked around visiting the city.

Hotels must specify options fir secure parking. If its an extra, it should be mentioned. Customers dont know if the hotel has its own parking or uses third-party parking

Arthur, the receptionist, at 2230 was superb. So friendly and welcoming and after some negotiation, conducted all the welcome and instructions in slow clear French. Je Comprend. Breakfast good value for €10.
