Clean room with good bed (quality mattress). Full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights (easy walking level). Close to main train station with easy access by bus (short walking distance max 12mins) as well as bus access from the airport (preferred method). Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful as well as available 24/7, if needed. Generally good value for money, a quality choice and in a quiet although central area of the city!

The hotel is in a perfect position very central and three minutes away from. the airport shuttle. The room is big and very clean.. the bathroom. is big and it has a bidet a rarity in France even in 4 stars hotels, There is a fridge and they offer you every day a bottle of orange juice and of water and a madeline and it was really appreciated like also the kindness of the day and night staff always smiling and , also the cleaning lady.. Some piece of furniture had to be renovated but really who cares when the quality and the price are very good.

This hotel is an excellent option for anyone who recognizes value for money. I had concerns when I saw the 2 star rating, in France the hotel must be at least a 3 star preferably a 3 star plus rating for a decent stay. I saw the positive feedback on booking.com and said to myself it can't be all fake. There are a few touches here and there but nothing worth complaining about and my main concern, cleanliness, was met by far. Another concern was that cheaper hotels sometimes attract an unsavoury clientele who will misbehave and cause trouble, the hotel was fully booked both Saturday and Sunday but you could hardly tell that, it was clean and quiet. And yes, the elevator did work fine, many 2 star hotels in France don't have any

Nothing really, happy camper

Exactly the best place for me in Toulouse, 2mn to President Wilson Place et tenth of restaurants, 10 mn walk to Capitole Place, a crossroad for subway... Quiet, Room clean and good, nice staff...

The breakfast room is really strange : three tables in a tiny place without windows, not charming. Two points for information : the bathroom was clean but old fashion, with a bathtub from 50's; not adapted to disabled person (a good point : it is noted on the entrance door, a bad point, not seen on the Booking presentation.

Excellent location, close to airport shuttle & train station. In Victor Hugo area so near all major attractions including the river. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean & comfortable room with tea, coffee, water and orange juice provided. We had a wonderful stay and it was excellent value.

Milk in the fridge for the tea and coffee would have been appreciated.

Great location in the heart of the city, everything is in walkable distance. Great for a couple of days. The roon was a good size, good bed and very clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was clean too. I haven't tried the breakfast. There is water kettle in the room with tea bags and instant coffee. Also a fridge if you need it.

It is quite outdated in many points, lots of things would need renovation, like the bathroom.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, my room had everything I needed including a TV and air conditioning. The price of the hotel was very good. The location was very central and easy to walk everywhere, but at the same time it was quiet and I slept really well every night. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I return to Toulouse I will definitely stay there again.

Room was a good size and light. There was a fridge and lots of plug sockets and light switches by the bed. The shower was really good. Great location for exploring Toulouse on foot. The staff were really friendly and helpful with tips for where to visit and eat.

Teabags etc weren’t replenished when our room was cleaned and there wasn’t any milk.

One of the best experiences ever. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of the town, rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.. The fact that each room has a tea/coffee maker is definitely a plus. Best value for money!

We liked everything.

Pleasant and clean room with comfortable bed. Well situated near the Centre of town but also not too far from the train station.

Although it was nice to have a small bath available it would have been good to have a shower that one could stand up in rather than have to sit in the bath.
