I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide. This may not be the most luxurious hotel in the world but in terms of value is first class. The reception staff are beyond friendly and helpful. A welcoming smile after a long journey, a wave in the morning and deep gratitude for your stay on departure. The room is comfortable. The bathroom clean and of decent size. The location is exceptional. Central with easy access to the centre. The metro is a few minutes away and the train station about 15 minutes walk. The area is full or restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, markets even cinemas. A wonderful experience.

We had a previous awful experience with hotel (via booking.com) in Brussels, this hotel was such a different experience and that was because of the empathetic staff. The breakfast was adequate and okay. The location excellent very near place de Capitole, marché de Victor Hugo and transport links. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and informative. Really made you feel welcome. Excellent value for money.

It’s difficult to actually think of something but maybe the bathroom could be updated and refreshed.

great location easy in and out to reach market near active area with coffee shop and restaurants right in the center of toulouse lot of cultural building and activities around the hotel could walk to everywhere easily

the parking condition if you come with your own car very expensive. there is no where to park in the street you need to take a private parking or public one

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Place du Capitole, and if you need to go further afield, the underground. The room was large and clean, and the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the windows and curtains kept the light and sound out very well. There was lots of lovely artwork in the building which was light and bright, and the staff on reception were welcoming and friendly.

Location was great and the staff was nice

First room was clearly being used before by smoker who had smoked inside, we had to change. The floor was terrible in everywhere in the hotel, I never wanted to touch it bare feet or with socks. Elevator was super slow and Booking.com said that it is having parking, but it really is not!

The walls aren't exactly soundproofed and noise etc from adjacent rooms is quite audible.

Excellent location in hub of city with all amenities. Bright, airy spacious room with high ceilings and separate toilet to bathroom. Very comfortable bed with no squeaks or rattles. Air-conditioning kept us cool.

Soaps supplied substandard quality and crumbled when open. We had a separate toilet which is brilliant, but unfortunately it didn't have a handwash basin so not hygienic having to come out wash your hands in bathroom.

Great area being in the middle of the city centre, and suitable room and facilities for the price payed.

Room was small, bathroom did not have a door but instead a curtain, and walls thin.

Location was perfect, so close to everything!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! literally everthing was perfect, room had air con which was amazing!!

Warm quilts. Clean sheets/towels every day. Super helpful staff. Coffee every morning. French doors overlooking a quiet street. Close to metro and shopping.

The mattresses were a bit soft. But, I will admit, I have a hard to meet standard- I like hard beds.
