The hotel was clean and in a good spot near the Rive Gauche train station and the Palace of Versailles. I requested and received a quiet room. It was cozy and had a comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff always did an excellent job cleaning my room. I felt safe in the hotel.

The front desk staff seemed kind of neutral and indifferent. However, there was a female desk staff person who smiled and was friendly. One night, a fire alarm went off late after midnight. I followed the written instructions on my door that said to head to the exit. (I may have been the only person on my floor who did!) It turned out to be an alarm in the neighboring hotel in the same building. I had to return to my room from the outside; the front desk person seemed not to notice that anything had happened.

We had a standard room, which is very small. The bathroom is even smaller, but we had good water pressure. The bed was large and comfortable, and the airconditioning worked very well. The breakfast was good, and reasonably priced. We were within a short walk to the train station, and a short walk to Versailles palace, which made this hotel very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we found the map they give out very helpful as well.

The hot water gave out the night before we left, so no hot showers in the morning. We were comped free breakfasts that morning, which was great.

The hotel was in an excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the palace of Versailles and a 1 minute walk to the train station where you can get into Paris within 25 minutes. We didn’t eat in the hotel, but there was an excellent Italian restaurant next door where we ate both nights. The rooms were quite small but they were clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Versailles.

The bedroom was small and the bathroom smaller (although the shower was a good size)

Location is perfect, we stayed in a very clean simple hotel room, it was satisfactory. The room was warm and dry and had all necessities available. I would stay here again, the location was truly perfect.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find. We were two friends and had to share a single bed with only one blanket. The shower did not close fully, so there would be a small puddle after using it. The room was rather small, so manoeuvring around the bed and luggage was a bit tricky.

The hotel entrance gives a nice welcome, the room was very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is great Its location is perfect for visiting the castle Inside the room: we were pleased to have a great and warm shower, a small window in the bathroom, bed was absolutely fine and temperature is automatically controlled at 19 degrees

Typical Ibis, the rooms are not large but big enough, clean with limited air conditioning. The staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable about the Chateau. Breakfast is very good and plentiful, help yourself buffet as usual. There is good car parking available, underground and very secure. Not suitable for anything bigger than a car due to height. An excellent location. Couldn't be happier!

Nothing comes to mind that is wrong with the place

The staff was very helpfull and a big bonus that we could store our luggage. The fact that we could walk a small distance to see the Chateau of Louis XIV was great! & just accross the train station! Breakfast was very good thank you. I will be back and Ibis Ghateu Versailles is the place to stay! Well done!

There was not a plug on one side of the bed that was a little bit inconveniant.

The room was nice and clean, however without special amenities, but worth the money. The staff was always friendly and professional, if necessary, immediately responded to my request, ready to help at any time. The receptionists can speak fluently different languages. Breakfast was good and healthy, perfect snack before visiting local attractions. The location is excellent: 7 minutes walk to the Palace of Versailles and its gardens, 2 minutes walk to Château Rive Gauche Versailles central train station, 3 minutes to the old town of Saint Louis. The hotel is directly opposite the local city hall. There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

The hotel rooms obviously need some refurbishment and a proper soundproofing systems should be applied to. !Advice (Tip) to travelers, ask the receptionists to provide a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, where it is quiet and silent.

The Location of the Hotel and the Staff Cooperation.. The Room was fairly Ibis standard.

Should have had Basic amenities like a Electric Kettle with Tea and Coffee sachets. The Room service Menu should be more Elaborate, with a wider continental selection.

We have stayed at this hotel before several times, rooms are clean, excellent location to the Versailles Chateau train station it's just across the road. Versailles Chateau is literally just around the corner. Versailles has some good restaurants. Good breakfast.

At busy times no where to sit and eat breakfast comfortably, ended up sitting by the reception to eating breakfast on a coffee table. Didn't like the high tables and stools configuration, not suitable for everyone.
