The location was very nice. It is close to one of the entrances to the Versailles Palace. The underground parking was spacious enough and relatively easy to access. The double extended sofa bed was good for the kids (9yo &6yo). The room was well cleaned. The hotel was in general well maintained.

The breakfast was poor with very little diversity. The breakfast was 100% the same every day, so if you stay more than one day it's very repetitive. The restaurant in general was very poor with a very small selections of meals in the menu. We tried a foccacia from the menu and it wasn't any good. Better avoid going to the hotel restaurant in general. The separate toilet from the bathroom is not the best design. There is no sink to wash yourself. The separate toilet it has a very limited space which is not ventilated. The smell after the toilet is used is something horrible. The room temperature could only be set between 19 and 23 degrees Celcius. One of the cleaning ladies kept adjust the temperature back to 19 degrees.

When we were checking out, we asked if we asked if we could order some food at the bar and they provided a menu. The menu was very basic and expensive. We then asked if there was anything else around and they suggested a restaurant across the road. We decided not to go as we were running out of time. When we came to leave, we noticed that the hotel restaurant was open and we asked why they didn’t suggest this place us to eat at but they said it was closed. It was actually half full of people eating lunch. Not sure why they said this when it was obviously open.

staff were very helpful, rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast included a good variety. location is a big advantage. easy access to several bus lines. the street behind the hotel is a place where u can find anything you need: pharmacy, several mini markets, and others. A mall Parly 2 is a 10 min bus ride away.. Versailles palace, the city center with all the nice restaurants are all nearby and with very easy access by bus. the train stations are also 10 min away by bus and from there you can go to Paris or other cities by train.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers fresh water--still and sparkling. They provided us ice to chill our champagne :-) Versailles is a delightful city. One of the largest open air markets, great shops, and tasty restaurants. We parked our car at the hotel and walked everywhere during our stay. Merci!

The wall blow dryer in the room didn't work. However, the front desk promptly provided us another to use during our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is cheap, safe and very convenient. The room was large, well equipped and clean. The bathroom was modern and even came with smart glass which could change from frosted to opaque - separating the bathroom from the bedroom. A nice touch. Only a short 20 minute walk from Palace of Versailles!

The breakfast selection could have been a bit better. The only way to access the car park was via a staircase, which was slightly tedious with all the luggage.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The check-in staff was friendly.

We went to try to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening & were told we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. There were only 3 or 4 tables with people seated & the rest of the restaurant was empty. Also, I selected this hotel partially based on the earlier reviews that the location to the Palace of Versailles was easy to walk from the hotel. Unfortunately, it was a 20-minute walk one way. The Palace is all about walking, so my advice is to take an Uber or taxi.

Fabulous selection for breakfast, very easy to self serve, tables cleaned away quickly so always tables available. Helpful and friendly staff who were able to advise us with all questions we had and organise short notice trip to the Eiffel Tower for 10 people.

Restaurant manager was rude to lady in restaurant who had very young children because they made a mess whilst eating, staff should have seated the family in a more child friendly (cleanable) area.

Modern hotel with great design, cosy and practical at the same time, just about 15 minutes walk to Versailles palace and about the same distance to the train station (35 minutes away from Paris). Parking was available at the hotel at 15 euros per night. The bedding is very comfortable and the area is very quiet, so we slept exceptionally well! Breakfast included a wide selection of foods (cereal, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, yogurt, juice, waffles). Adults pay 17 euros per person, but children are free of charge. We ate dinner on one occasion, which was very good too. The lobby was equipped with baby foot and kapla for the children to play, which added to the nice family atmosphere.

When trying to order room service we were told that they'll call us back, which never happened. As it was already pretty late, we decided to have no dinner.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. The hotel is kid friendly with a dedicated play area for kids of all ages. The hotel in the check in desk (Emanuel, Lama and Vincent) went above and beyond for us and the were very kind and always had a smile. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many options and dinner was also very delicious. It’s our second year staying her and will definitely be back.

The room was very big and comfortable. Bed were also comfortable. Big bathroom. Parking was easy on the street. Good breakfast. Babyfoot in the hall reallynice for children.

The atmosphere during new year was a bit cold: the xhristmas tree was very sad, no activity in the hotel. On the 31st at 9h hotel bar closed and no restaurant. Nearby to the hotel there is only a small pizzeria. In the room mug for the were not changed daily and not refill of the. There is no coffe machine in the hotel, you need to pay at the bar.
