From start to finish this venue and the hosts Fabienne & Jean-Francois were without doubt exceptional. The room was comfortable, clean and with great views of the grounds. The evening meal was of a very superior quality and well worth staying at the venue for. The attention from our hosts was above and beyond and the fact we were the only guests staying made it extra personal. If you want first class hospitality, seclusion, peace and quiet and a dining experience to remember then this is the place.

Minor things such as a mirror on the dressing table and replacement of the missing pool ball but hey that is being massively fussy and honestly we couldn’t care less as this place and the hosts were first class.

We were greeted by our host on arrival at this exceptional B&B after our long journey from Prayssac on the Lot river, and immediately explored and experienced a relaxing swim in the secluded swimming pool. This was followed by a tour of the lovely and pieceful gaden including associated river areas and then further afield into neighbouring wild flower and woodland areas. Then for an unexpcted special dinner of high quality. Our room was tastefully decorated and had everything we could want. Breakfast next morning before departure was also fine. This made for a really enjoyabe last evening before the end of our short holiday in France and our further long drive to Dieppe and home to England.

We really coud not find faut with any aspect of this stay and would recommend it to others passing this way.

Beautiful location in an old mill on the river, with lots of trees and farm animals . Room was a great size and very clean, comfortable and modern. Hosts were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great base for exploring the area or as a stopover of the way to/from Paris.

We tried to book for dinner when we made the reservation the night before, but were not able to as we found out they needed a couple of days notice. Wasn't a big deal, but would have been good to know.

This is a beautiful guest house in an idyllic country setting. Jean-Francois and Fabienne were excellent hosts, friendly and welcoming. We were treated to a superb culinary 3 course dinner experience (additional charge) thanks to our hosts. The grounds make for a perfect after dinner stroll but watch out for the goats! Oh, there’s a swimming pool and a pool table too!

Welcoming, beautiful quiet old property in an ideal location while travelling south. Our hosts looked after us very well and cooked a delicious evening meal followed by a very nice breakfast in the morning. Lovely room with a modern bathroom.

For us personally we didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable

Wonderful stay in the perfect setting. Jean-Francois is very proud of what he and Fabienne have achieved; and rightly so. The attention to detail, and I mean every detail; is first class. Clean, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing: what more could you ask? Breakfast was filling, plentyful and set us up perfectly for our onward journey. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.

It was a very pleasant stay, the host is very friendly and the location is a very beautifull, there is also like a small animal farm with 2 goats and some chickens, very friendly animals aswell! The breakfast was delicious, selfmade mermelade and the bread was as fresh as you can get it.

We spent only one night, but it was quiet, comfortable, lovely pool (we could use it even for a short stay). Lovely people! Lovely place!
