Problems with the Wi-Fi connection

The suite had a nice sitting area and was very spacious. There was a lovely garden where you can enjoy your breakfast. Very convenient location if you have a car: there is a parking place and a good supermarket 1min walk. Touristic places like canyons, caves and monasteries are within 1h drive

We asked for a kettle and it was dirty inside :( Also wifi was slow

Initially we booked a different hotel in Kutaisi, but arriving to the city we barely could find that hotel, because there was incorrect address shown in booking, so finally finding and reaching it we were dissapointed. The beds were hard as wood, they did not accept cards anx dollars, so we cancelled it and started searching for new hotel and saw Continental hotel. We booked a room straightaway and called the hotel. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. She said somebody just checked in our room at the same time we were booking thats why they are giving us luxury room. It really shows the attitude to the guests. And it was very caring for us with two small kids travelling from Tbilisi and tired. She also offered help with our luggage, booked taxi for us in the morning and helped us with the taxi to the nice Georgian restaurant. They made our day really!

I like the hotel in general. it was very clean and tidy. there is tv, air conditioner and mini bar.

there was a small minus . There is no lift or a male staff who can help to carry heavy bags from a room.

Hotel staff was wery good and people were nice hotel had nice resting area and was near mall also beatiful gardeen

Family room lay out was really good.

Twin room was bit cramped up but since it was for 1 night it was good. And the AC was not cooling well.

The reservation are very good very helping nature and the way she assisting too good both staff night one and morning staff both are very positive attitude

Room was clean and huge with balcony, located at a quiet area. there is a grocery just across the road where you can buy essentials. staff are very helpful and respectful. we had a really relaxing stay. Breakfast at the garden was truly amazing. Very charming garden 😍

Bidet was not available in the toilet.

Nice and clean hotel at good location; Luca at the reception was of great help ;suggested some good restaurants and places to visit; ample parking space available around the hotel.

No lifts available, be ready to carry your baggage Breakfast menu was repeated on second day.

It’s a decent and practical hotel. One of the better options in Kutaisi. Nothing special but meet the needs of unpretentious traveller.

Location is underwhelming but it’s very close to the bus station so convenient if you need to travel quickly to elsewhere in Georgia
