Everything was just perfect! The restaurant cooks quickly and tasty. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was also delicious and varied, with a lot of healthy food. The staff was very polite and friendly, they will help you with everything! I can also say that some of staff definitely like K-pop and during lunch or breakfast in the restaurant you can listen to Enhypen or Stray Kids :D It was nice. Thanks for the work!

It would be nice if you would have alternative coffee too :)

All the staffs were amazingly kind and helpful. Specifically Liza, Anna, Mr Giga and Nino who have exerted tremendous efforts to help us from start till we left the hotel. Kudos also to the Managers and crew at the restaurant. They are all very nice. The washroom has bidet unlike other hotels. Its was clean and decent.

There is something wrong with the placement of the bidet. It’s normally set on the right side of the toilet but this one was on the left. No Bathtub and facilities like gym or spa. Other than that our vacation was greatly enjoyed!

My stay was AMAZING . Central location to most attractions. The staff are the biggest treasure in this place , Nia and Nino at the reception are so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with warm smiles . Roma always helpful and offering suggestions to the best sights in Georgia,and Guri at the breakfast restaurant was amazing…room service was very efficient and fast . Would define recommend 🫶.

It is amazing Hotel. The staff was very supportive and helped us to accommodate all of our requests. It is my first time in this hotel and was my 2nd time in Kutaisi. I will book this hotel, if I ever come back to Kutaisi.

I had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. I had a room at the back of the hotel (note to others - the hotel is on a fairly busy cobbled road so a road facing room could be noisy). It was very quiet and had a wonderful view. The room was spotless , the bed was very comfy and the bathroom new and sparkling clean, with excellent shower. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful and professional and went out of their way to make my stay as memorable as possible, recommending places to eat, visit etc. Altogether, amazing value and I'd definitely book there again.

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the breakfast as there were many choices. The fresh yogurt was delicious. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing stay. Location is great. Room looked really nice, bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good. Girls at the reception and the manager were such a sweet people, very welcoming and doing their best to help with any requests. Really enjoyed our stay, hopefully will be back. Thank you for birthday cake it was unexpected and really tasty))

Great team, the girls at the reception are the most responsive and pleasant. Excellent hotel, everything is beautiful, everything is new. Pleasant aftertaste from your stay. Great view from rooftop.

It is really over exceptional. I could give 12 out of 10 to this hotel :). I was really happy ot choose this hotel. I would like to mention few points which help people to choose this hotel :-- 1- Location is very nice and central. it is lively place which have even indian resturants around. 2- Staff is too good and main USP of this hotel. They are ready to help / accomodate every time. 3- It has Netflix with 2 TVs. 4- Batroom is designed to keep even small things in mind. It is really awesome. 5- Cafe is very reasonable from price point of view. 6- Price wise it was half of the price I paid in 5 star hotels but experience wise it was better than them.
