Room was spacious, decorated in a bungalow of 1900's in a quite neighbourhood but close to the city. Host was very friendly and helpful. Room has all the facilities as advertised and perfect to accomodate a small family.

Though the room has airconditioning, public spaces inside the building like lobby, foyer, stairs etc has no AC, which makes it hot and humid. Beds are bit squeaky.

A beautiful hotel with comfortable bed and very helpful staff. I love the interior of the hotel. Outside the weather was very hot, but it was comfortable cool in the rooms without using air conditioning.

Booking shows a wrong location to this hotel, so the taxi stopped at nr. 29, but the hotel is at nr. 51. This hotel is after the corner and not on that street, an informational sign in the garden would be useful to see we are almost there and where is the entrance. Other possible improvement: no hair dryer in the rooms (but you can ask and get)

Giorgi was very friendly and helpful, also our taxi driver. Thank you once again! Everything was fine, the room was clean, had a good atmosphere, and the location is great. Obviously 10 points! I highly recommend this hotel!

The owner put us into a different hotel, as in the first one, there was a group of young people and he was so considerate that he suggested a different place, so we could enjoy our time there. He was super nice and we definitely recommend his places.

I love vintage houses,the place is quite,just walking distance from Kutaisi city square. The owner he himself will give you a guide on which places are good to go...and by the way ,its only 20.50 (gel) the cost maxim taxi to Kutaisi Airport.

We had originally booked Edemi however, as there was a large party staying there, we were given a larger room in the sister hotel very close to it. Great location and lovely room. They were also able to assist with my transfer to the airport. A lovely stay!

Beautifully furnished large rooms with balcony, large bathroom, fridge, kettle, coffee. Everything clean and cozy, not far from the center. The owner is intelligent, pleasant and helpful. He called us a taxi to the airport. We will definitely be back.

Need to wash the blankets and to check of someone left his underwear behind him under the pillow 🤣 please clean better and check … we found underwear 🩲…. But all the other things is good and the facility is great 👍

Room was big. Host Gregor is very friendly, ready to help and tell the stories, Russian and English speaking. Beautiful view to the town from the balcon. TV, WiFi, refrigerator, kettle are there for your need too. The building is old and good looking inside. Walking distance to town center, McDonald's, tourist centers, cash machine etc.

The day when we arrived there was rain and there was smell of canalisation in the toilet. The room and linens looked not clean enough. In the booking hotel price was 76.5gel, host asked 80, I didn't mind to give asked price, but I should have checked price in gel at the booking. There is no elevators or ramps for wheelchair or baby stroller. Some lights in the room were malfunctioning.

Everything: the comfy room, good location, affordable price. Want to admit the owner Giorgi that was very nice and helpful, gave all info about Kutaisi and helped with the taxi
