The Hotel is a few steps from the White Bridge, Rooftop bar with amazing views over Rioni River, the History Museum, really downtown and within walking distance from major touristic attractions. The hotel staff is really helpful, they asked and provided for us airport transfer, at a price that was lower than what we found online. The driver, Jaba, was really punctual, reliable, and sociable, fully recommend his services. Breakfast was nutritious and kitchen staff really nice. On our checkout day, we kindly asked them to pack our breakfast, and they promptly answer our request.

Good place for the value, great location, and good room, not the cleanest but overall fine. *Additional tip, use Bolt in Kutaisi and all Georgia, it is the best option.

Just be careful about people, they wrote me about airport service, I agreed price via chat in booking, I shared my boarding pass and arrival time, nobody showed up. Anyway, I would stay there again, just to communicate with staff at all, also very poor in English.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel from 21.12 to 25.12. The historic district of the old town, the white bridge, parks. Everything was great during the stay, helpful staff, nice people. Special thanks to the transfer driver, everything is clear on time, without unnecessary words. Thanks again for the positive emotions from the stay. However, the weather was not very good :).

The hotel is very nice and it’s located in a very strategic location in the center of Kutaisi. The room was big and clean and quiet…the AC was working well and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money spent

The staff didn’t speak much English only basic words and there is no chance to get breakfast nor a coffee before 9 so when we had to get out before 9 in the morning we could not get any breakfast

I did zero research about Kutaisi as I wanted to go with the flow. I only used booking.com to put filters to be city center and near attractions. I checked in at night, raining, so I didn’t see much… only to realize in the morning that the hotel is literally 20 steps away from everything! okay now to the hotel WOW! I had low expectations, and I’m from Dubai where I stay at luxury hotels, and honestly this was up to standard as far as the extra little frills goes! Robes, slippers, toothbrushes, extra pillows and blankets, mini fridge! you name it! I will definitely be returning and can’t wait to stay again!! a lovely view of the river too!

Though to keep in mind there’s no elevators for those who might need one (the stairs are steep and I fell down one whole flight, hit my knee and head, but I’m clumsy so…) the other minor thing is the sewage smell from the bathroom pipe, but nothing to do about that, building was built like that. Maybe they can add a cap over it, but it didn’t affect anything!

The veeeery spacious room, actually 2 rooms and a covered balcony. Perfect for a group, but feels like a proper apartment just without a kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right at the center of touristic attractions.

The timing of the breakfast started only at 9. Usual practice in other hotels is 7:30 or 8. I had to look for a grocery store in order to get something to eat before a group tour.

Location was good. Near to the cable car and to very good restaurants. The room was big and had a nice closed terrace. Heating and air-conditioning was in the room. The ladies in the front desk were friendly. Overall a cozy place for that price.

You had to wait for the breakfast for 40 min. Also the waitress was everything but friendly. Water in the shower went hot only when you opened the other water tap too. You could hear all the street noise, slept with earbuds. Only ventilation was the opened window. One small toilet paper roll for 3 per in a room for 2 nights?

OMG! It was the best experience I've ever had! I mixed up an arrival date of my mom and in my head her plane should be arrived in 45 minutes. I tried to find a transfer at night (~3am), wasn't successful and I had to wake up receptionist, he made a call to the owner of the hotel!!! This guy as a transfer was at the place in 20 minutes. I'm sure it wasn't easy to get up and come so fast. We went to airport, came back really fast. Also he has an awesome reaction as a driver and can provide you with a great tour on canyons. Because of this all stress I overslept a breakfast,get a call from reception near my check-out time and I did think that they want to remind me about checkout! I was wrong - they just wanted to tell me that food still available and I could go and take some! Also it has a wonderful location! 30-50metres to White Bridge. Nothing! Really. It doesn't have lift but guys from reception easily bring in you baggage in your room.

Just 10 meters away from white bridge and near the tourist spots in Kutaisi. Very friendly and helpful staffs but need to smile a lot😁 The room is bigger than expected and with attached balcony. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner.

No bidet in our room and wifi is slow.

Location is perfect, directly in the centre, staff was really great, ready to help with everything. Breakfast should start earlier than at 9am, but when we ask them to prepare it for 8am because of our trip they were kind and arranged it.
