Very nice hotel, with helpful staff who arranged an airport taxi for us, in the middle of the night and offered us a glass of Georgian wine! The garden is a hidden gem, invisible from the front, but a very nice surprise. There's chairs, benches and patio furniture everywhere and there's a small pool, lots of trees and shade and grass and even a multi storey treehouse! Rooms are comfy, beds are comfy, bathrooms are old but clean enough. There's towels and slippers provided. Tv in the room is a nice touch and my kids really liked that it has YouTube.

The road the hotel is on, is quite an experience, it's overwhelmingly Georgian. Even though we visited during low season and there were very few occupants, it was quite noisy during the 2 nights that we stayed. During the night people kept on walking in the hallways, talking, dropping things, opening and closing doors and a cherry on the pie was we could hear 2 people "having a good time" for a loooooooong time, screaming and moaning, which kept our kids and ourselves up for almost the entire night. So noise was a thing for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and quick check-in. We stayed only for one night, before flying back home from Kutaisi airport, and it was best decision ever. There is such a beautiful and well organised garden, with tables and little cozy corners, where you can relax, drink a glass of wine, breathe the fresh, herbal air coming from the mountains and just chill out before your flight and not only. There is also nice space for the kids to play around. Absolutely top location and only aprox. 20 min by car to the airport. There is a transfer offered by the hotel, and the organisation went super smooth and the driver was very punctual even if we had to leave around 3.30 am. We will definately come back again and stay couple of days longer next time.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The double rooms (One room with window on main road and another room with garden view) were huge, clean, nice designed, excellent sound insulation, all things looks new and fresh. Refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly. Worth be noted exceptional garden I have never seen anything like this in other hotels. Unfortunately stay for a night only as was planned to move to another town, however next time on arrival to Kutaisi will definitely stay here for longer. Many thanks to owner and all staff

Not a big issue, but when I asked to use washing machine was refused to use it on that day.

Good place to stay before an early flight. It is 15 min away from the airport but the road is all straight and good.. The room was comfortable and the garden was nice. The guy at the reception (nephew of the owner) offered to help us with the luggage and invited us to a glass of home made wine.

The bed was comfortable but the sofa-bed was a bit short. If someone talks in the corridor it can be heard a lot from the room.

It has a great location close to Kutaisi airport. The pool is a bonus - and although there was a kids party at the pool, after assertively asking the receptionist, they cleared the pool for the hotel guests and we could enjoy it along with some complimentary food as an apology. The room is comfortable with AC.

There seemed to be a bit too much noise coming from the corridor and outside the hotel (chatter/laughter/party-like noises), so unfortunately we didn't get much sleep :(

The hotel staff David was very good. He supported us in every way. When we requested a vegetarian breakfast, he was kind enough to arrange the same even though, it is not regular for him to arrange it. He even helped us with a kettle on special request (well normally it's provided in other hotels, but this is a small hotel so had to request it and he was kind enough to give it)

The Hotel is not in a central location of the city. There are no restaurants nearby and it seems like out of nowhere as it's kind of an industrial area. There are some auto repair shops in the vicinity which of course are closed at night, making the area really dark. We felt that the hotel was a bit unsafe for the family while check-in but mind you, David makes you quite comfortable and it's safe.

Near the Airport 16km

No option for making coffee or tea in room No drinking water, i have asked and got refilled in my bottle. Found only shampoo in the bathroom Room heater available in room but not switched for us. I checked in 1Am due to fligt delay, i don't know it's happened beacuse of that. I have seen the rate card in hotel the price is better than i booked the booking.com

A beautifully unique property, the owners have invested a lot of time in designing and building a wonderful garden with a 3 tiered treehouse, which you can sit and enjoy a coffee in and enjoy the lovely environment. We will definitely visit again! The pool is also tastefully designed and the water very clean and fresh!

It would be great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room - coffee was available downstairs, but would be even better to have a coffee before leaving the room (for others who are not too good in the morning like me!)

We wanted to find a place just to spend a few hours before our early flight and it was perfect for us since it had everthing we needed (shower, comfortable beds). We also had to check out at night because of the flight and it went smooth thanks to a very friendly staff member.

We have nothing really to complain abour the place itself but just to let you know people who are travelling without their car, since the accommodation is a bit far from the city centre, you need to rely on taxi (Bolt operates here). The taxi drivers rejected us several times before we changed the payment method to cash. You might wait a while before one picks you up. If you have a flight at night, I would recommend arranging it in advance. We were told that it might be difficult to order a taxi at night.

The hotel is situated close to the aiport, which was important for us, as we had our flight very early in the morning. The staff is excellent. We are extremely grateful to the guy who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay. The garden is not large but is very smartly organized so you can pleasantly spend some time in it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It is difficult to find a place to eat near the hotel, and even though a taxi can take you to the city centre in 10 mins, it is not the same as staying in the city itself.
