The breakfast was great , they had enough choice , very tasty and hot food . There was someone always available at reception, they even provided me with iron box upon my request. They also allow you to leave the luggage at reception or guest can even wait at the reception. i loved everything about this little place and my stay

Very helpful staff. Room was clean and cozy. Room had electric kettle, hair drier, bathroom mirror with a backlight, and it was a nice feature to have a full size mirror in the room. Good breakfast. It was warm in the room at the end of October thanks to heating, also we got a second duvet at request. Hotel has a nice location - 5 minutes walking distance to Fabrica with good cafes and pubs, 10 minutes to Aghmashenebeli avenue with a lot of restraints, about 10 minutes to Marjanishvili subway station.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! The location is absolutely perfect, situated in the heart of the city, close to key attractions like the Narikala Fortress, Freedom Square, and the stunning old town. The views from the room were breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights up. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities. The room itself was clean, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the spaciousness and the comfortable bed after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was a delightful spread of both local and international options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, which was strong and reliable, making it easy for me to stay connected. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting Tbilisi for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here for a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Everything was perfect!

This hotel is a charming little place with a nostalgic wibe, runs by some good locals. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable enough. Good value for money. Neighborhood is also very calm. Situated little away from town but in walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby so getting things easily was not a problem.

Our room had only a small AC unit which could not provide enough AC for the size of the room. We were sweating sometimes at night. Good we didn't spend our day time in then room. Bathroom could be little more cleaner. There was no room service until we ask for it. Then also it was not done properly. Breakfast only comes after 8AM, makes it hard to get breakfast before go in a early starting group tours .

The best place for the family... It's more comfortable than your own home... The employees definitely help you in every way... All you have to do is ask for something and it is fulfilled immediately... There is nothing that disturbs you... You can walk to the touristic place in 5-6 minutes... 5-10 meters away 24/7 There are 7 open gross markets... There is no parking problem, there are generally available places... The breakfast is sufficient... There is no problem with cleaning... If you want cleaning, there is a card, you put it on the door and it is cleaned... If you do not want it, the room cannot be entered... You do not hear any noise in the hotel...

There is nothing negative…

If you want to live in a well-designed, new, cozy and at the same time very hospitality hotel - you should choose History of Tbilisi. We want first to say thank you to the manager of this hotel - Giorgio, who was taking care of all our needs ( changing pillows, ordering taxi, recommending restaurants). He was always asking what do we need and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was included and every day a very nice lady was preparing it for us ( tomatoes, ham, cheese, and always something new like pancakes, omelets, hot sandwiches) at the time appointed by us. Every day we had cleaning service and the hotel was providing bottled water, fresh towels and bath items. One of the best things in a room are beds, very comfortable, big and soft ( we had great dreams). In this hotel everything is new, cos it was built 2 years ago, all is the same like on the pictures.

Everything was great.

The general impression was the property appeared new, clean and at in least one reception staff member could speak English. As with most places in Tbilisi, Russian was readily understood and an asset to travellers.

This hotel is discretely hidden away and is reached via a short corridor from the Main Street which does not do it justice. If travelling in from the airport it is recommended a reputable taxi service is used. Yandex app users will have no problem in this regard. Bus services are very cheap but hours of service are mostly outside hours of flight arrivals / departures.

While the hotel seemed to be located in a old and dysfunctional building, the actual hotel is actually well renovated and clean and modern. We did see some stubborn stains on the sheets but they smelled clean. The room that we booked had two beds on the loft and each bed is close to a electricity port and light switch. The stairs were a little narrow, but the ceiling was tall and the space did not feel tight at all. The hotel has friendly staff who are fluent in English. The breakfast was good too.

The entrance to the hotel is inside an old building. The building area outside the hotel looked like it was falling into disrepair- peeling paint and plaster, exposed brick ceiling and staircase that looked like it will fall apart soon. This is all not part of the hotel, but shares the same building that the hotel is in. Despite the look of the building, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay, but it can be confusing or even shocking to tourist who are arriving in Georgia for the first time.
