Comfortable small hotel....well situated for exploring old Tblisi. Breakfast was very good - but unfortunately wasn't available until 8am. The excellent reception lady arranged for us to have takeout picnic boxes for breakfast.

Taxi drivers found it very difficult to locate (we decided better to walk down to the main street in the rain to get a Bolt ride to the airport). Arriving for the first time (we returned for a second stay), the taxi driver drove in circles trying to locate it, despite us providing Google maps for him. Smoking in the breakfast restaurant. Yuck!

This has been my second time at the Old City Boutique Hotel. Floor 1 (my second stay) seems to be a bit noisier compared to Floor 5 (my first stay) due to housekeeping and water treatment and/or sewage facilities (this is just my guess as to what's behind that Authorized personnel only door, but it sounds like sewage processing facilities). Breakfast is served on a panoramic terrace, which is great. The food selection is decent for the price range. All the personnel are very friendly. Payment by credit card accepted with no problem. WiFi connectivity performance: Floor 1 - good, Floor 4 - poor, Floor 5 - good. The bed was great, the mattress is perfect. Complimentary water 2 pcs, complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Having your private kettle in the room feels great. Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush. Will come back again 100%. See photos, note that I had I kind of a private patio accessible right through the window. That's cool as well. Overall, 9.5 out of 10. If it's your first time in Tbilisi, I suggest paying a little bit extra for a room with a view.

The coffee machine keeps breaking down, and you have to be lucky enough to get it to work. Nothing major to complain about.

Great place to get a walk in city, not loud old city center. It's clean and cozy. Nice stuff. We didn't find any not expensive good cafe nearby, so included breakfast was great)) It's clean and cozy. Terrace on the fifth floor is amazing! We had city scenery during breakfast and we could use it during day.

Breakfast was pretty poor, I mean it was not a big choice - just some cheese, sausages and boiled eggs. But it's great that it was, it was very useful. We got great view, but window was dirty. And room didn't have any lamps, no cozy light)

The staff is very nice and polite. The bed is extremely comfortable. There was a parking, as mentioned in the description. It's definitely the good price for its value.

The room was rather dirty, lots of dark hair on the chair and in the bathroom.

Great place, great staff, clean room, amazing breakfast. I was a bit confused about the review i read, but the hotel was clean, bathroom was clen and equipped with soap, shampoo and shower gel. There was also towels, bathrobe and slippers and!! even the tooth brush! Breakfast was simply delicious. We were acomodated at 5th floor where the breakfast was prepared and served on terace with gorgeous view, but we heard a bit noise when the people was manipulating with the dishes.. but we used to spend time out till late so we liked to sleep till late.. if you want to wake up for exampl. at 7, it shoul be okay and you wont be disturbed. I read one review about the smell but we smell it only once during 3 nights we spent there but it was only for a while, when we turn on the shower the smell dissapeared. Its nothing terrible. For the price it was excelent. If you want something extra you shoud pay some extra ordinary luxury and expensive hotels. We only wanted fine hotel for good price and good location and for us it was extra :) I can only recomend! In two weeks we are returning to tbilisi and we book this hotel again! We really liked everything, with the exeption of the noise in the morning, but when you skip drinking till late in the city 😄 it will be right for you :)

It was qiute difficult to find the hotel but our driver who picked us at airport called to the hotel and they tell him how to find it. That was the only difficult we got ;)

The personal was very kind and high cultural. They almost nothing rejected what I asked for. They are helpful and take care of their cleints. I would appreciate it and advice this hotel.

I hanged the label "Please make up the room" and went out. After some hours came back. The label was in the same side and nobody cleaned out room. But the next day they cleaned :)

Poor internet in second floor

Very nice view to city centre from balcony, but not every room has this view. Our second room was in the "basement". Everything was clean, breakfast was big (fruit, vegetable, bread, sweets, sausages, ham, cheese, butter...). Very close to old city centre. We were satisfied.

One of our room was in basement. If raining, there is a stink from bathroom.

You have such a wonderful view on night Tbilisi that you can chill and meditate by the window. New building. cosy part of the City: neither crowded nor far from main venues.

If you have car, you may suffer from lack of parking places and rather narrow lanes to reach the hotel. Some room facilities might need an upgrade already

Spent a night at this hotel before taking off to Batumi. Huge bed, good breakfast, nice view from the breakfast zone. Enormous balcony. We were allowed to leave our baggage in the staff's room, so we could spent the time light before our train.

It's not so easy to find a parking spot on the street, and most of them are one-way in the area. Spent some time driving in circles.
