The hotel is very clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Nina, she was very helpful and she had a big role in letting us enjoy our stay in Georgia. The staff working at the restaurant are very welcoming. Also, when we asked for private tours, they brought us qualified drivers and good cars, the drivers were very helpful as well. it’s an exceptional experience in this nice hotel. furthermore, the location is amazing, few minutes to everything in the city center.

- Breakfast was nice. Didn't change much day-to-day, but it's variety was enough for two-week stay. - Great location: 5 mins to the main street and around 10 mins to the touristic center. - Clean room and very comfortable beds. - Quiet room with good sound-proofing (if your room overlooks the backyard, see below for more info). - Very helpful and friendly hotel staff.

- Deluxe and Superiour rooms are on the side that faces very busy road. While sound-proofing removes most of the noise, it doesn't remove everything, which makes such rooms a very bad choice if you are a light sleeper (like myself). (all?) Standard rooms overlook the quite backyard, which makes it a much better choice if you are sensitive to the noise.

Good Location, nice area. Close to the park, restaurants.. bars.. across the road to the river. Staff are great and helpful at the reception especially (Nino), can’t remember the names of the others.. Same in the restaurant the staff are Really good. Breakfast is good.

Hope there was a terrace on the top floor. It will be perfect.

It’s such a lovely hotel. We said we are celebrating our anniversary on this trip and they left us a lovely surprise of wine and sweets and a card. Such a nice touch. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. We had a disaster with our hire car company and they also helped with this and helped us get a car. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was all you need and delicious too. We enjoyed our stay very much thank you!

Nothing really. maybe a little far from the attractions but only takes 15 minutes to walk to certain places and even less to the Main Street and Freedom Sq. So definitely not a negative at all :)

Extremely nice and modern hotel located in the city center, quality facilities, beds, shampoo, conditioner. Breakfast is pretty much the best I could imagine. I usually hate getting up early to get breakfast, but this wasn't the case in this hotel due to wide variety of food and good coffee. Hotel is located at an intersection of Business and historical districts, facing the river should be great for both drivers and walkers.

Rooms are average in size, there is no window, balcony door serves as a window, not a lot of light.

The hotel was modern and very clean and in a great location for walking to restaurants, cafés and the old and new centers of the city. It was only a few minutes walk from the airport bus too. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities as well. The staff were all wonderful, helpful and friendly (Nina in particular). The breakfast was magnificent. It was very good value for money and we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfy, a little on the smaller size though. The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and rich. The location is good, a little bit far from the old town (still walkable though), and it is a stone throw from Rustaveli street where a lot is happening. Over all it was an awesome choice to stay in Tbilisi, and would be back for sure.

I am staying at Bridge Hotel everytime I am in Tbilisi. All aspects in this hotel are excellent: friendly and professional staff, healthy breakfasts, nice rooms and perfect location. Worth to say that conference room there is very nice and cozy, so if you look for the team work you will never find better option than in Bridge Hotel.

Modern hotel, clean room with a nice view and a balcony. Breakfast was decent with varied options every day and good coffee. Friendly staff.

Double bed was made by combining two single beds, which created some inconvenience during the sleep when one moves to the middle. Otherwise, the beds themselves were comfy.
