Incredible staff, comfortable rooms, good location and delicious breakfast. This place embodies "service with a smile". I travel quite a bit and the staff at Elea are truly superior. The neighborhood is quiet (the hotel is directly opposite a charming church with garden) and convenient 2 minute walk to pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants. Be sure visit Puri Guliani on the river for lunch. Lasha, the manager, is outstanding as a host. He makes you feel you are the only guest. Highly recommend this place. Small but very special.

I liked everything.

Good location, near shops and not far from touristic places. Staff speaks English very well (among other languages) and are very helpful. The hotel is very nicely decorated inside, it has style and charm. Our room was spacious and the bed confortable. All of the above made us feel like home. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Tbilisi. Madloba!

Very friendly staff. All (all of them!) people were super nice with me, offering help, advices and directions and quickly become friends. They were smiling and I felt welcome and very peaceful in the hotel. I love that they are opened to your feedback and want to become better. This place is absolutely about people who are working there. Also, lounge on the second floor is very nice and relaxing. It is a pleasure to sit there. It happened that I was living in different rooms during my stay and all of them had their own charm. The street is quite silent (with the small exception) and at the same time a lot of places are just nearby.

Some things in the rooms are tired and require fixing or renovation. But I think that is easily fixable and will be done in no time. Also, it may be noisy on the street as the church is located just opposite side and you just don't have a chance not to hear bells ringing on sunday. Absolutely not a problem for me, but you'd be warned!

Elea is a lovely little hotel, hidden away in Old Tblisi. Very close to tourist attractions. The place has a lovely decor and the rooms have been well set up. The staff are very courteous, accommodating and informative. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Nico in particular was a fantastic help. We went back to stay at Elea on our return to Tblisi and they remembered our requirements without asking. We were a family of 5 with 2 kids and and infant. Highly recommend.

Location is wonderful, you can easily walk to both old and new Tblisi. The guys make the wonderful difference , they helped us with a million things and also helped us celebrate a special event. Super markets and restaurants in walking distance. Good nice breakfast. Thanks and good wishes

Very nice place in the capital city of Georgia. We've had room with double bed, sofa bed and single bed. All perfect for 2+3 family. The garden was really nice. You can relax there after sightseeing. The breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed the hot mushrooms dish that has been served on 1st day. The cafe for the breakfast was also very good. The 2 of receptionist speaks perfect English (what is not standard in Georgia). The price that we've paid was really small for the quality that we get.

Only one small thing I would suggest to change - would be nice to have fresh baked bread for breakfast. The toast bread doesn't taste as good :)

This is the hotel to go to for superb staff. There is not a single issue (sightseeing or otherwise) that Lasha (the general manager) cannot solve ...and always with a smile! The reception staff were also lovely in general ... Nick in particular was very helpful and well mannered. The location was superb: near enough to the centre on foot but a bit outside the very hectic and noisy parts of the city....and Tbilisi is very hectic For those who like charming interiors with cute objects on walls, the reception and seating area were just so.

The owners were super friendly and helped us to find the correct parking and also assisted us to fix a fine we've received on the highway. The breakfast was amazing!!!!It was almost completely whole handmade - including all the pastries. The location was excellent! about 10 min walk to the old city. The room was big and convenient and the bathroom was completely renovated and comfortable. Everything was spotless.

I really liked everything. The only thing to consider is the fact the rooms are upstairs and that there is no air-conditioning.

Reception lady ( Eleanor. ?) gave us a warm welcome, was kind and very helpful, brought me a cold drink as I was very hot. She showed us bigger room upstairs which was really great with very large balcony but on the 3rd floor , I have knee problem so stairs difficult. She then gave us lovely room on ground floor with our patio & chairs next to a lovely courtyard and a garden. This was very beautiful with lots of lights in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean with regular checks & clean towels when needed. Hotel cosy & family atmosphere. Staff were very helpful, ,the breakfast lady was very good, breakfast was very fresh The young slim reception man with the black curly hair (sorry forgot name) was very polite & always ready to help, his English was very good, he helped us order a Georgian take away to hotel when we were very tired & late after a long tour, the food was delicious. He brought everything we needed & was really friendly. Definitely would stay again. Thank you.
