Great location; nice stylish rooms with huge windows (including bathroom); perfectly stable wifi; tasty breakfasts; very clean.

Bad noise isolation (heard everyone who passed by our door); without climate control on - too chilly at winter, with climate control - too noisy (but got used to it); no coffee from coffee machine for breakfast (only instant coffee was available). Wrong description of the rooms in booking com - all rooms were supposed to have a patio but they didn't.

Our room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed and balcony. The bathroom was very clean and all needed toiletries provided. The breakfast was very satisfying and varied. Moreover, the staff were more than helpful, specially David at the reception and Sofia at breakfast. David helped with arranging our transportation, and provided an iron when requested. Sofia made fresh Turkish coffee for my husband after breakfast, which was very much appreciated. I will definitely stay at the Royal Inn during my next visit to Tbilisi, and I highly recommend it.

The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and took care of my sometimes strange requests with a lot of friendliness, even in early morning hours. Their hospitality felt very authentic. The location is great, walking distance to all relevant locations. Interior design of the rooms, in particular bathrooms was nice. The cleaning lady was very thorough. I also liked the small backyard. There were some Georgian dishes for breakfast, which were tasty.

Breakfast was relatively plain and repetitive, which is in contrast to the overall culinary experience in Tbilisi (wonderful food!). There was no espresso coffee for breakfast (this is very important for me), and there was only plain bread, so no pastry, croissants etc. which I expected. Sometimes it got noisy in the evening because I was on the first floor. I also did not get how the heating system works, so I turned on air-conditioning when I actually wanted heating. Apart from that, everything was great.

The staffs were very accommodating. In the morning we arrived- it was pouring rain and the receptionist gladly lent us 2 black umbrellas for us to use for the whole week of our stay. Food is ok- it's the same main dishes the whole time we were there- changes were made to the salads and other sides. We initially had some miscommunications regarding early check in and early check out- but I didn't pursue it and just paid for the early check-in fee of 100 GEL. We were in Georgia for our wedding so I don't want the added stress. Over all- the staffs are great, room is great as well- though we reserved a big bed and they just joined 2 single beds- so there were slidings/movings between mattresses (not a big deal). Will definitely come back to this place again.

The hotel is small and causey, it has a nice theme, it is located in an active neighborhood where you can easily find restaurants and coffee shops. the staff are nice. the breakfast was good but I feel they can do better. the staff was great and offered me an upgrade to a room with a balcony as a complement for re-booking in the hotel.

The entrance door is a little small and it was not easy to slide in the baby stroller, The elevator access is from the first floor or basement ( you need to climb up or step down to access the elevator ),

I really liked the location, I liked the bed, golden shower and handles with diamonds are actually hilarious, but I loved them. I liked breakfast and overall hotel is nice.

it was so freaking cold, I think Im sick because of that now, cause I couldn’t leave the heat all the time, it starts to become too hot, yet it gets cold again so fast, because bathroom is literally doesn’t have normal wall, it has window-wall, which is maybe nice from the design point of view, but it’s not normal that bathroom is literally as cold as street. also, I heard everything from the corridor and sometimes other rooms, i felt a bit uncomfortable that at night people could’ve potentially hear me. and for that i payed 906 gel, I dunno guys, take notes, I guess

me and my wife was there, but no queen bed available as per what they told us, although we had an upgraded room, no heaters inside the room, no heaters inside the bathroom which was freezing, staff never smiled, no tissues in the room, staff didnt have charger converter for our chargers, no luggages help to our rooms which was shocking.

I liked the appearance of the room; the colors of bed, curtains and sheets, the wide space and the smell inside.

Some rooms face the small street outside, where one can hear a lot of noise from cars or children who play outside. Also all doors of rooms have a gap between the floor and the door itself, which makes you sometimes uncomfortable if there are people talking in the corridor.

Everything overall was at a really high quality, bedrooms were really clean and comfy. Would recommend to anybody. The stuff guys were helpful with almost everything. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Super location!

At times reception and main front desk is completely empty so you need to look for a staff member, and one of the two receptionist we spoke to could barely speak english. Wasn't a big deal tho tbh.

Staff were helpful, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Washroom is huge and clean. We didn't have to call for assistance, everything was been prepared before check-in. Breakfast served on time. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Walking distance from carrefour, there were many restaurants around the area. Small shop (spar) is just close by. If you are coming from Doha, don't expect wide roads and wide spaces. Price is fairly reasonable. Recommended.
