I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nata in Tbilisi and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. But what really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the view from my window was absolutely breathtaking. What made my stay even better was the staff. They were incredibly supportive and kind, going above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a memorable one. They even helped me with my luggage, despite there being a few stairs to navigate.

it is important to note that there are stairs throughout the property that may be a disadvantage for some guests, particularly older individuals or those with mobility issues. While the hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating, the stairs could still pose a challenge for those who have difficulty climbing them.

Located in the heart of the city. Walking distance to touristic places. Great city view from terrace and also inner garden was so nice! We checked in at the hotel in the middle of the night and didn't face with any problem. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean enough. High quality with a low price! If i come to Tbilisi again, I would definitely stay here!

The bed was really so uncomfortable. It's okey for a few nights but not more...

Has amazing view and old building giving you the vibes. Very central location it’s a plus. We arrived so late and let them know in advance so there was someone vaiting for us to check in.

Has no elevator keep that in your mind:) Wi-Fi passport not written in the room and since we arrive so late we couldn’t go down to reception again to ask. Can login in the morning tho there is no problem🫶🏻

Everything was great! The location, the room, the facilities, the personal the view from each terrace was fantastic and from above on the top of the hotel outstanding. The Best in city. 100% recommended and next time I'll stay for sure again there!

I did not like that I had to leave! The rest.. no complaints. The Internet could be better.

old rooms in need of refurbishment, noisy from the street, in general the hotel could use a facelift to look neater. the staff is not very friendly and the most important- they enter the room without asking - not everyone will like it (there are no signs asking for cleaning)

The staff was really friendly, and the location was great. Close to everything in the city. The hotel also had a little atrium where it was nice to relax. We could leave our luggage in the hotel lobby on check out day, until we left Tbilisi on the eavning.

The wifi coverage was bad in the room. However, it worked fine in the atrium & hotel lobby.

I wish you would remove the turtles and fishes from the fountain outside the rooms or make the fountain a more enjoyable place for these animals. The fontaine had nothing in it for the animals to enjoy but water. The turtles tried climbing the steep walls unsuccessfully

The room was very big and spacious and the hotel is close to the old town. It has a beautiful courtyard with some of the best views from the balconies. The bed was very comfortable.

It is quite loud and there is a bright light on the inner balcony with no curtains on the window, so bring an eye mask and some ear plugs!

the hotel is in a great location. the rooms are big and clean. the building is beautiful and the rooms have a nice outdoor space to sit and chill. we had everything we needed for our family of four. there are many stairs there and no elevator so if you have a problem climbing it would be difficult for you.

the location was perfect to explore city. We liked the rooms and view from the balcony. Old but a cool and clean place to stay.

They should provide better hospitality.
