well-located, charming, clean, and comfortable room. Their bakery makes some of the best bread and desserts and we got served freshly baked goods at breakfast on day 1. What's more? They gave us a voucher for one of the thermal spas located opposite the property. It is one of the main thermal spas so that was quite nice.

While breakfast was included in the price of our room, we woke up to leave at about 7:30 am on the day of our checkout and the restaurant had not opened yet even though we had eaten breakfast at the same time the previous day. And so we could not enjoy the breakfast on DAY 2 and felt that communication couldve been better to set our expectations.

LOCATION & STAFF !! this was a perfect stay, we had a beautiful stay here! the bakery was absolutely wonderful as was our breakfast included in our stay !! we would definitely book here again and encourage others to as well!! Easy access to the spas was a minute walk away & if strolling and shopping is what you’re looking for then OMGOODNESS…. it couldn’t be better…..oh and bed was super comfy !!

Great location right in the old town and close to the major thermal bathhouses. Despite the central location, the room was silent and you could even hear the birds in the morning. Located close to public transport by foot and has a large selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. Very good breakfast and helpful staff.

The breakfast variety could be better, but it was nevertheless very good. The breakfast room is both for hotel guests as well as guests for the adjacent café. Therefore, it can be sometimes a bit crowded resulting in slower service.

A delightful, old-fashioned hotel offering modern facilities in a fantastic location: quiet but well-placed for the Spas, shops and restaurants. There are also many walks nearby into the hills and the famous Lichtentaler Allee is 5 minutes away for a delightful riiverside stroll. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice of sweet and savoury. It was also possible to leave our luggage there after we checked out. The nearby Leopoldsplatz offered frequent bus services, many of which connected with the rail station a few miles out of town.

Very nice, quiet, cozy hotel with friendly, helpful and polite staff. At my request, I was given a room with a balcony, which offers a very nice view. The problem with heat in my room was solved immediately and with smile. The room for two persons is not big but comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The only possible inconvenience for those who rest in the summer - the room does not have air conditioning. WiFi works impeccably. Hotel has its own pastry shop and restaurant for lunch (works till 17:00) and the food here is really the best in surrounding area. Breakfast starting at 8:00 includes outstanding bakery, few types of cheese and ham, boiled eggs, some fruits, juice and yogurt. Not very rich but tasty and nutritional. Special thanks for the musical design of the breakfast room! The morning begins with quiet piano music, which creates a good mood for the whole day. Caracalla & Friedrichsbad terme are literally in the front of hotel, you can ask for towels on the reception. Stop of the bus No. 205 that running from from train station named ‘Caracala terme’ is around the corner. Or few other buses stopped at Leopoldsplatz (Luisenstraße) in 450 m distance.

Great location in a really beautiful part of the world. Good room at the top of the hotel with wonderful views up to the hills. It was nice to have a patio where one could sit out and enjoy the view.

Very minor grumbles: The double beds are supplied with two quilts (one for each sleeper) and that is something we don't like - would be good if they gave the option for a double quilt. Pillows were way too soft with no extra pillows to choose from.

Great location just in front of Caracalla Thermen and Friederichsbad. We had a nice view from the window over them, even while laying in bed! Everything else also very close, just a few minutes walking. Very good breakfast coming straight from the Beek bakery/patisserie, really delicious cakes. Staff very friendly and ready to help, good communication on Booking too. We got a voucher for a discount to be used at various places including Caracalla. The room was spotless. Nice old-style, classic furniture & huge bathroom.

No parking. The one usually recommended was closed for works and we had to stay at the nearby Caracalla (Badengarage) parking. It was very expensive as it was not foreseen by the system to keep the car after 22h, so no daily pass/tariff. There is no common area/hall, just the rooms on the different floors. However, this is actually not a problem. Our stay was good, although too short!

The Hotel is placed in a very central area, really few steps away from the Caracalla Thermae, inside the Innestadt, very close to the city centre, therefore its position is extremely convenient to visit Baden Baden without the need of a transport mean. The Hotel is placed in a 4-story building where rooms and apartments are. The breakfast is served in the restaurant room at the ground floor until 11 AM, which is good as it does not force you to wake up too early. Next to the restaurant you find the Konditorei, a pastry shop attached to the hotel with a very big choice of cakes and sweets: recommended. Outside the pastry shop, in a small piazzetta there's a dehors with tables under big umbrellas where you can sit outdoor and have coffee, cakes, drinks...it's very nice. The rooms are nice and clean, decorated with what seems an old-fashion Baden-Württemberg furnishing. The bed was comfortable, the room equipped with safe, big flat-screen TV (only german channels, not a smart TV), fridge and water boiler for tea/infusion. Internet is available free of charge in the whole hotel through Wi-Fi. The staff is really kind and ready to assist you.

The pictures you see in the Hotel description are all pictures of the apartments, not of the rooms, therefore you may find yourself disappointed when you see a room, just because you are expecting something different. I asked for a room with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub but in the end I found just a small tub. The rooms are not at all unsatisfactory, but if you book a room looking at the pictures of the apartments you'll be a bit disappointed when you see the room.

Easy walk to spa, shops and restaurants. Beautiful and charming property with not a sign of wear and tear. Lovely breakfast room with soft music. Delicious food. Comfortable beds. Cafe with shaded outdoor tables onsite.

We found the room kind of hot and comforters too heavy for this time of year. Cost of taxi to Bahnhof was 30 euros each way so this added to the cost of our stay but wouldn’t have wanted a location away from the tourist area.

Perfect location for visiting the spas of Baden Baden, as well as the old town. Balcony with views of the old town. Room was comfortable (including beds) with all that was necessary. Minibar had reasonable prices. Friendly staff during check-in.

Breakfast was a bit meager for a hotel that is also a cafe (konditorei/confiserie). Perhaps additional food was available, but we were never asked. Furnishings are starting to show their age, but well within acceptable standards.
