It can be preferred because it is in the city center. The furniture in the apartment is quite new and useful. Both the rooms and the bathroom and toilet are spacious.

The lighting in the rooms is insufficient. The street is quite noisy. When you open the window, all the sound of the street comes into the room. Someone who is sensitive to sound may feel uncomfortable even with the window closed.

The receptionists were quite polite, professional, helpful and helped with nuanced requests (i.e. instructions on how to use a a cable for internet). Room was designed by an artist. Nice to know that ARR supports local artists. Wish it was well kept (i.e. seems like things were taken from the design, sad!). Loved the velvet window shades, very luxurious look. I liked the little kitchennette, useful for ordering food to have in. The location was lively and happening, lots of really good cafes, restaurants, being in Mitte. I really like the option for both card access to the hotel but also number/digit entry into the room. The mattress was excellent and super comfortable and firm. Had a great nights rest!

I didn't like the shower pressure. I have long thick hair and it needs a good power wash being in a busy city. The location was a little noisy at night, so not the best place to be if you want dead quiet during your sleep. We liked that when we did find some uncleanliness in the room, they compensated with a treat of the Nespresso, so they made up for it.

Staff were great, room was brilliant, cleaning was fantastic. Lovely location. Just had a great time and a great holiday.

Really it was great, I only have minor quibbles. I room 35 one lamp had a slight buzz sound - I just unplugged it. The Aircon blows at the main bed and I found that dried my lips out, so I just turned it off. Floor got very sandy after going to the playgrounds. Would have been wonderful to have had a broom available so I could sweep up. Checkin process was very difficult from a mobile phone with poor internet. Would have been good if Security Deposit could be given before checkin (maybe at time of booking), to make things less stressful.

Location was excellent. Short walk from the centre of Berlin, right next to the metro and tram stops plus lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The room was modern, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The only negative was the noise from the tram. It was really loud. Fortunately it stopped during the night, but started fairly early in the morning. I thought it was going to impact my sleep but the beds were so comfortable I did manage to sleep through. The noise only impacted the main room, the separate bedroom was on the other side of the building and so it was quiet.

The staff were all very friendly and professional and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The location was brilliant and we walked everywhere however, the trams and subway were minutes away should you wish to use them. Numerous restaurants, bars, cafes close by. The staff were very helpful with local information. Altogether a lovely stay, we could not have asked for more.

Really can't think of anything. It was on a busy street which was a little noisy but ear plugs were provided and this was indicated in the information so we were not taken by surprise.

Super nice, new, clean. The staff very helpful and polite. The location perfect. This is one of the better accomodation I stayed at. We re a family of 5, however the app would be more suitable for 4 because of the dining table.

We were very happy with the accomodtion overall, one objection is not super related to the appartment itself - the street noise was very disturbing, esp in the early morning hours (5, 6 am!), the trams, cars, the cleaners (garbage take away etc). It was impossible to sleep after early morning hours (the other room not facing the street was ok for sleeping).

Size of the rooms, the decor, comfort, attention to detail. Staff was very professional, polite and well informed. Rooms were serviced on all days. Dishes were done, bins were emptied and beds tidied. Toiletries were good quality. Location was convenient as near both an underground station and a tram stop only a two min walk. Lots of things to like about the accommodation.

Microwave in the kitchen would have been lovely. Towel rail couldn't be operated by guests. May be they were centrally connected. Couldn't be turned on. Timely grouting of the tiles in the bathroom is essential to keep it long-lasting.

-Reception staff are all friendly and passionate, reply messages on booking on time, it really helps us a lot! -Big kitchen/ refrigerator and bathroom. There are dishwasher, oven, toaster, and coffee machine (and full-size pots). The heater in the bathroom functions well. -Well cleaned! (the staff told us they really work hard on it. We felt that and appreciate it!)

If have to say, the light in the room is a bit dusky. And if there was a small bottle of oil to cook would be perfect.

Yiğit was receptionist to direct us about the apartment & other staffs. We stayed in King apartment. The apartment was very clean and it had daily cleaning opportunity without any extra cost. We were 5 people, 3 adults & 2 babies. They gave us all babies staffs doubled as priceless. It was also another perfect opportunity. We were really happy & relax in the apartment with 2 babies. Highly recommended!
