Location was great! Walking distance to the sights and a few mins to Rosenthalerplatz Tram. They also accommodated my extra night. Cool rooftop bar but it was super crowded with non-guests on a weekend so go early!

Reception area was always very busy and the one shared lift took awhile before you got on. The room was also pretty warm and never got cold even after reception said the technician would look at it but I guess it depends on the room you get! She did offer to send up a cooling system but I declined.

Large apartment, well equipped. Great location.

Man at reception should be commended for his customer service. The room type we booked was unavailable on the day and he made every effort to resolve the situation, given we were a mum and adult son travelling together so the double bed we were initially offered as an alternative wasn’t acceptable. A spacious twin room was provided and free drinks and a breakfast to compensate for not providing the kitchenette room I had booked. Breakfast was superb.

Contacted quite late on during the day of arrival to say the room type I’d booked was unavailable. I had spent a long time finding a room that would work well for a mum and adult son travelling together and a kitchenette with a sofa bed and another bed would have been ideal. However, when I let the hotel know that the double room offered as an alternative wouldn’t work for us, this was dealt with well. The man dealing with our booking turned the situation from a possible cancellation to a successful stay.

What I liked the most was the location of the hotel and the large, comfortable apartment with a nice design. On the plus side, there are also two bathrooms in the apartment, which is a great convenience when there are several people in the apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Hotels should definitely provide the dimensions of entrances and exits from their parking garages, because with a larger car it may be a problem. This hotel, unfortunately, has an exit, which leads to a very sharp and narrow turn, and there are hotel carts and other cars opposite the exit, which makes it impossible to make a wide inrun. Finally we left the garage through the entrance... because I didn't want to run the risk of redrawing the car. The reservation was for 3 people, the apartment had only 2 sets of bed linen in the bedroom, there was also no remote control for the TV. however, after reporting this, the staff reacted very quickly and provided extra bedding and a remote control :)

Central location in one of the most popular locations in Berlin. Best part is the great rooftop bar. You have to be there in the summer to enjoy. Watch out, it might not be accessible due to private bookings, so check ahead. Rooms were nice and comfy, Breakfast was a really nice selection. One of my favorite places to stay during Berlin summer.

It takes a small walk from public transport (5-10 minutes) if you have heavy luggage.

Very cool hotel, with a super location! The bar Amano was great and the DJ was one of the very best I have ever experienced! Great atmosphere!

The rooms where very small! No room to put your suitcase! On the second day we came back, the cleaners had only changed the towels and made the bed, but didnt remove any dirty glasses or coffee mugs - neither did they give us any new coffee for the next morning. Would have been a great little gesture, to not have only 2 capsules for a two night stay!

The apartment at the top floor is really nice. Comfortable furniture, good bed, nice small balcony - we even had a view of the full moon rising over the TV tower at Alexanderplatz! When closed, the wndows effectively shield you from street sounds. We stayed during weekdays, so I don't know if the noise from the Friday and Saturday discoteque in the hotel's ground floor can be heard.

The music (techno?) in the reception area is really annoying!

The location was better than I expected and on top of being able to walk to several main Berlin attractions there were plenty of excellent restaurant options a few minutes away from the hotel.

Room was not as big as what I imagined an apartment would be and the air conditioning was just not powerful enough (or was not working properly) for warm summer nights.

The room was spacious and very quiet. Considering the hotel is located next to popular bar/restaurant. Great location walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Beds comfy. Odd having the shower cubicle in the room (toilet is separated) but didn't bother us. If Travelling as a group of friends may be different though.

Rooftop wasn't open at all during our stay which was one reason we chose the hotel. No answers were given as to why. But this wouldn't stop me staying again as the location was great.

Location, Lobby, Room design, breakfast, and staff..

first night at hotel, there was no hot water, air conditioning. room was cold, we could not take a shower. However, they tried to fix it whole night. Everything was normal at our first morning.
