Very comfortable hotel, great central location, very friendly staff who all made you feel very welcome to include the receptionists, concierges, door men, room service and waiting staff. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of lovely options. A big thank you in particular to Maria in the breakfast room who ensured I got a lovely coffee each morning!

Roadworks happening across the road but not fault of hotel!

With good facilities, bar, restaurant, and generous breakfast/check-out timeframes, in-case of those late nights. An ideal central location, if you're planning on visiting the various museums, and landmarks of the city. Multi-lingual staff; catering to German, English, Turkish, etc. If you need; nearest supermarket is a 10 min walk.

It never woke me up; though the heavy fire doors on the rooms, means you will notice your neighbours closing their doors, with a relatively loud thud sound. - Room cleaning could have been a little better on some occasions, nothing serious though. - The air extractor in my bathroom wasn't working very well.

The hotel decor is gorgeous, posh dining amenities, the staff was friendly, spacious room, fantastic location, the Concierge was super, uber attentions and helpful. The bed was soft, slight lumpy, but still a good night sleepy.

Housekeeping did not clean the room the next day, only changing the towels, and leaving a towel set for 1(one), and there were 2(two) of us. The bathroom was not cleaned, the glasses were left as is, stained with drinks from the night before. The bedroom window latch was not working, at night can get noisy with street traffic, and the window would not fully close/seal. The washroom lock mechanism was loose, and the door could not be fully closed, otherwise one would be locked inside, unable to open the door. I left a note with cash tip for the housekeeping staff identifying the issues above, and thanking them for cleaning the room, but the notes were not taken.

Close to Museum Island and State Opera, lots of places to eat nearby, room size was adequate although a large suitcase would be inconvenient in that room. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, water and fruit available for free in hotel lobby area, a good steak restaurant in the premise. Efficient and friendly staff.

In general we liked the hotel well although our room had a lot of lint when we entered the first day. In one occasion they forgot to tidy up our room too; perhaps they were a little short of cleaning crew.

Breakfast was excellent, so were the rooms and the common areas. Employees were very professional with positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The location is more than excellent!

Cleaning of the rooms was an issue. Apparently this service is outsourced and the company that is responsible for keeping the rooms clean and for making beds etc everyday, was not reliable. On two different days, out of the 5 that we stayed altogether, the company said they had cleaned the room when in fact they had not cleaned it. The hotel sent on both days an employee to clean it and make the bed in the early evening.

Very friendly staff, great location, beautiful rooms and hotel, comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffet. Very good soundproofing and blackout curtains. We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel for a few hours extra free of charge on our last day after checkout so we could explore the city and come back to collect before leaving Berlin

The square narrow toilet seat in the bathroom was probably the most uncomfortable toilet seat I have ever sat on. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, so it got very humid after a couple of showers. Pillows could have been better, breakfast buffet could have had a bigger selection, but this is just nitpicking and overall we were very pleased with our stay

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 13th anniversary, it was our first time in Berlin and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty, with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. Sandhya from the front desk was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the hotel. The breakfast was simply incredible, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. We appreciated the friendly service from everyone at breakfast, especially Ipek who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. The spa and gym were also fantastic, with top-notch facilities that were well-maintained and very relaxing. We appreciated the proximity of the hotel to many attractions and local amenities, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will definitely be returning for our next anniversary! ~Pura Vida!

Fantastic hotel and an ideal Berlin location. Within walking distance to most major tourist attractions in Berlin, even for older family members. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the staff were very attentive. The Concierge offered restaurant and tour advice that was spot on for our party. Highly recommend!

At night the DJ that was playing in the bar/upscale restaurant was way way way too loud. Couldn't carry on a conversation and seemed to not match the style of the hotel or bar. I got my drink and took it to my lovely room so it was bearable.

The hotel reception was outstanding; breath taking. All staff were friendly and polite and went over and above to assist. The spa is included in your stay (without treatments) and is a lovely way to relax in the evenings - don't forget to take your complimentary slippers and dressing gowns with you!

We had a room on the first floor, above the bar. We go to bed early (10.30) and the beat / noise from the bar kept us awake for the first couple of nights until we got used to it - even with ear plugs!

Friendly welcome on arrival with friendly staff throughout stay. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Breakfast had a great selection and was plentiful. Great location for Christmas Markets and good transport links.

The only negative comments were that the air con, although kept the room lovely and warm, the unit was noisy, like having a washing machine on all night which affected sleep. The only other thing was that I feel 1 free bottle of water to last 2 people for 4 days was not sufficient considering supposed to ge 5* hotel and the maid service failed to replenish the coffee and sugar sachets etc when cleaning the room, so had to chase up with main desk on 2 separate occasions.
