I liked the location of the place, it is right next to U-bahn and about 5 minutes walk from S-bahn. It was super close to the plaza I needed to go to on a daily basis, which was one of the reasons I looked for a hotel in this area. I really liked the cleanliness of the place, they cleaned my room every day and it was super clean. For the price of the stay it was a rather good hotel. They also offered breakfast for 10 euros per day, but i did not use it so I cannot say much about it. The staff was super helpful, polite, and supportive. They even let me use the storage for a couple of days when I left for another city (free of charge). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I like everything.

The location was extremely nice; right next to the metro exit and close to the clubs we wanted to go to. We also had a very nice and cozy room. The digital door lock is also a very nice addition to go around hassle-free of key cards. We overall really enjoyed our stay.

We had signed up for the program to not have the room be cleaned everyday in exchange for money donation to a charity and the personnel knocked by mistake for cleaning, but that was not truly an inconvinience.

The facility is conveniently located. My friend and I stayed in Berlin because of a Blackpink concert and there was no problem with getting to Mercedes Benz Arena. The rooms are clean and cozy. There was a little problem with our booking.com reservation, because there was no electric kettle in our room, it turned out to be an error on the website, but the situation was quickly resolved and we got another room with an access to the kettle! :) The staff is really nice and my friend and I enjoyed our stay!

I liked how close the location was. The Ubahn was right outside the door which was excellent for trying to get to all the attractions. The staff is willing to help fix any issues as long as you ask. I also really liked how the “key” is a pin code for the room. I love this idea because I don’t have to worry about losing it or the key not working halfway through my stay. The pin code also makes check-out really easy because it means you don’t have to physically check out, you just have to leave by noon. .

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. There were some cup rings on the night stand that I was able to wipe off with a sanitizing wipe and the bathroom was not the cleanest but was easy to fix once wiped down. Also, the elevator did not work for 2/3 of the days I was there and I had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a bad knee. I wasn’t too happy about that.

The airconditioning was broken in our room. However, the staff assigned us a new room without hesitation, that did have a functioning airco. We could even leave our stuff in the second room since it was midnight. I really appreciated the service and it totally made up for the broken airco. Very clean space. Very practical access to the rooms: through a code, so no hassle with keys/spare keys and we could easily go to our friends'room. It was 10m walking distance from the Ubahn. The U5 though which is slightly less practical but not a real big issue.

Decoration in general wasn't so thought-through, but that was really the only thing I noticed.

The location is absolutely flawless, in the very heart of Friedrichshain, with an incredible view at the Fernsehturm and 30 seconds from U-Bahn. Saying this, with windows facing the yard, I had a great night sleep, undisrupted by the noise. I expected low key hotel experience, but actually this B&B had everything I could wish for. The beds were comfortable, the shower is rather large and wifi working just okay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed one night only, without breakfast, so I haven't noticed anything I didn't like.

Amazing room for this price! It has everything a regular traveller needs, we were more than satisfied. The receptionist was also very helpful and nice. As for the surroundings, there are a lot of amazing bistros, cafes, lovely streets to walk around. Metro station that goes directly from main train station is right next to the hotel. When I am back in Berlin, I hope I will be able to stay here again, thank you!

Not sure if it was just because of covid regulations, but I think it would be better for both the receptionist and the guests, if there were more receptionists - it's quite a big hotel for just one person. :)

Lots of really good food places and shops next to the hotel,, we are right next to the subway, it is very convenient. Staff are really friendly, it's clean and quiet and warm, good shower, nice amount of towels, bedding is comfortable, soft feather pillows

If it was a bit cheaper it would be absolutely perfect!I would have stayed a few more days for sure!

Great budget-friendly option. Location is very convenient and well connected so it's easy to reach the city center but also train stations or the airport. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pillows not so much, but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. Overall I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for something unpretentious yet close to the city and in a quite nice neighbourhood.

Pillows could have been more comfortable and the bed sheets had some stains on them.

I really like area around, street art, market, bars and restaurant. u-bahn station just down hotel, 45min to airport. on boulevard with heavy trafic, but super good windows, so you don’t hear anything, hotel quiet you don’t hear other room or people in corridor, and comfortable bed, so you could really sleep well

sometimes nobody at reception, on arrival needed to call but she came in 30 sec not specially nice or design hotel, but I was in room just for sleeping, just you will not chill out in hotel
