Good value for money. Lockers present to use. Could leave my bags at the venue until I departed later that day in the afternoon.

Booked mixed room. But ended up in a room with only men. Which turned into being mixed with me being there. But still.

Great location, the hotel was very easy to get to and check in was smooth. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating, the storage room for bags was especially useful and the vending machines located in the lobby also. I was due to stay at the hotel again but had to cancel due to my flight being cancelled and the staff made this very easy for me which I greatly appreciate, would recommend this place for the great staff alone and it is great value for money

Plug sockets located in awkward places in the rooms (ie hidden behind bed frame), poor lighting in the room as the bedside lamps didn’t work

This hostel offers a clean and functional stay, with friendly staff and good social areas. While it may be basic, it provides easy access to the city center through public transport. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the location has limited eating options, and it's a little far from the city center. Nevertheless, the affordable price, cleanliness, and safety make it a decent choice, especially for short stays in Berlin.

When I arrived there, I was surprised at how good it was there. A lot depends on who you stay in the room with and whether people will respect each other. The appearance of the room, the cleanliness inside was at a very high level - and we're talking about a 6-person room. I don't know why people gave low ratings before (if they didn't have noisy roommates or other problems). I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I like that the hostel was near the Berlin Südkreuz train/bus station. Made getting to and from the hostel easy, no taxi was needed. The staff was friendly and helped when needed. Lockers are provided on the ground floor on a 1st come 1st serve bases. Bring an average gym lock so you can secure your stuff with no issues (but they can also hold your luggage if needed). I also like that the hostel was next to a subway station, so it made getting through Berlin easy knowing I had a stop nearby the hostel.

I liked the presence of the kitchen and the storage for your food. The cleaning and the service itself is perfect, keep doing your job, lads! I liked the presence of towels and the bathroom, so there is no need to go out of your room for taking a shower. The location is in the centre, which was an advantage for tourist to travel shorter and for student or for other ones to temporarily stay for waiting or for searching your own long-term accommodation.

I did not like the absence of cameras, especially in the kitchen, because someone always stole my or one's of my mates. Be careful with your own stuffs as well, because I was stolen the watch, hopefully no one will have such an awful experience. The lift is still out of order, that would way glad if you fixed the lift, because for me as for the person who lived on the 5th floor was extra exhausting to go up and down.

Very well positioned just near the Eisenacher Strasse Metro station, hence quite easy to reach anything in Berlin within 30mins max. There are some small shops and cafes near by. 24h reception and super nice staff!!

However, there is no elevator in the building. It's very inconvenient to go up the stairs with your suitcase 5 floors (even less floors). Also, the place could be cleaner and a little less cramped. 6 beds per room are a little too many. The bathrooms weren't exactly shiny clean and the toilet was not functioning properly and kept clogging.

Folks at reception know English, German and Polish (at least) so it was easy to get understood. Many power sockets available in the room. List of points of interest at the entry (breakfast places, shops etc). Too bad that some of them are closed for good. Towels were provided (which is not a norm at hostels). Bathroom had typical soap and shower gel bottles mounted on a wall. There was a shelf under shower for own cosmetics. Pressure and temperature of water was good. Both room and bathroom (included with double room) had some free space. U-Bahn stations were close so getting around a city was easy. Genius discount was active.

Noisy floors. Your hear creaks when someone walks in same room or in corridor.

The staff were incredible, really friendly and accommodating.

There was no WiFi in the rooms, nor was there an outlet to charge my laptop or phone. I was mostly using the WiFi in the common room.

Very clean and welcoming lovely lounge area which we used eat a couple of times. Very close to local bars and cafes.

Our room was looking directly over the courtyard and as there was a hot water pipe through our room it became increasingly hot so we opened the window. Unfortunately the courtyard was the smoking area so the smell of smoke instantly filled the room which is not great when your asthmatic.
