- The staff was nice and helpful and spoke very good English - Super quick check-in and check-out - Clean room with a great view - There were funky decorations both in our room and in the communal areas which made us smile every time we passed by - We loved the location! It is quiet yet close to many cafés, bars, shops etc. (also there is a grocery store literally 10 meters from the hotel) Note: The first time you arrive at the hotel, you need to ring a bell next to the hotel door and the receptionist will buzz you in immediately. We got a bit confused about that.

- The wi-fi signal got significantly worse towards the end of our stay (I suppose it was because there were more quests)

Very nice room with a double bed. My room did even exceed my expectations as I also had a large balcony. Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is good for exploring Berlin as public transportation (in my case the U-Bahn) was easy to reach. Considering the value for money I can recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately the evaluator was not working during my stay, so I had to walk four floors upstairs. Moreover, the rooms are not fully sound proof - whilst the staff was cleaning another room, it was a bit noisy in mine.

My experience was very good. Great location, between 2 subways and close to several bus stops and various shops, bars and restaurants, markets. The Hotel is very clean, the reception is 24h, and there was good communication. The room had everything I needed: table, chair, fridge, TV, a small safe box, and small wardrobe, hairdryer, shower gel, glasses. Wide window provided sufficient ventilation. But it's a budget hotel, and you have to keep that in mind, the room is small and modest. The building is like a residential building, so it looks like a pension, but it has an elevator and the room window blocks the street noise I read a lot of negative reviews that scared me a little, but I have to say that my experience on the contrary was very positive.

The pillow and mattress could be more comfortable, but it's nothing dramatic. The room is small and the shower is sometimes difficult to position. Room lighting could be better at night.

The hotel was clean, the facilities were great and all worked as they should, the staff were all great and helped us every chance they got. The room was also very nice and had everything we needed in it. Overall worth the money we paid.

The location was about a 8 minute walk from the closest train station, which isn't a big deal whatsoever but there isn't much to do close by so you have to take it every chance you get.

The rooms on the groundfloor where not really like the pictures, and we didn't knew dogs where allowed (barking at night) But after asking they gave us other rooms on higher floors that where also more quiet. So at the end we enjoyed our stay and price vs quality is good.

They changed decoration for the pictures so you get a wrong inmpression ...

Nice small hotel in a very friendly neighbourhood. Everything was close, underground and bus station too. Affordable, clean rooms, friendly staff. If you’re not looking for luxury but practicality, this may be your fit.

The 24 hour reception is great and the location for this hotel is superb. Did not purchase the breakfast as there are other cafes nearby with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

The carpet was stained a lot and the toiletries did not include toothpaste.

The staff were extremally accommodating. The rooms were slightly small but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were a bit on the small side but the positives of our stay outweighed that aspect.

I had a room (308) for 3 persons relatively big and with big windows, with good curtains as well. Bathroom was very clean and recently renovated. View on the garden, quiet. Easy access. Small supermarket next door.

Window was next to emergency stairs with table and ashtray. Still nobody smoke in front of my windows on those nights.

Center location in Berlin city. Nearby to bus stop s-bahn and u-bahn. Safe 🚗 parking in garage. Nice and clean rooms.

Carpet and as very old and should be replaced
