The room is very tidy. Very courteous room service. But the room is not so clean (dust on the furniture and old carpet), simple design, Rooms are too dark, even with lights on

Location is great (right in the gay area of Berlin), good spa facilities and comfortable bedroom. Housekeeping took place every morning and they did a good job of it.

Decoration is definitely a bit dated throughout the hotel but that’s not enough to put me off booking it again.

This is a lovely hotel in Berlin, It was moden and clean. The rooms were speked out to a high standard. There is a Gym, sauna and steam room that open till late, so plenty of relax time. The guys do walk arround the lobby and corridors in bathrobes so dont be surprised to see that. This is an adult only hotel so there were no kids. Room has aircon, TV, minibar bathroom and toilet. It doenst have a kettle and that was a major downside for me. Would be great if this hotel had a bar but based on the activity at night the staff dont want the extra hassle. Beds were comfortable and the sheets and linen was spotless. The staff kindly provided an iron and iroing board on request. Wifi was good Old Timer is a local pub outside and its -as stated filled with old timers but it serves drinks till the late hours.

Its a wee bit far from central Berlin. You would need to take the Tube and it would be about 8-10 stops about 35 mins into town. There are plenty of resteruants nearby to eat but I guess resturants in Berlin that I have seen are not that good. Not having a kettle in the room was an issue for me. In the weekdays the traffic noise in the morinig could be a bit loud but not too bad.

As a returning guest i have certainly seen huge improvement. The cleanliness level of the hotel this time was amazing. The rooms were spotless, with new big comfortable pillows, fluffy new towels. The room was amazing. The spa was spotless. The staff this time were all amazing, super professional and helpful. Sydney the receptionist was so warm and kind. The reception area with the new furniture looked sublime and very inviting.

The carpeting in my room and some other rooms had some big black stains, which didn't look very good. my advice for the management is that they work on replacing the carpets that would make a huge improvement.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was accommodating and clean at all times. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast option in the morning was nice. All was affordable. I will definitely consider it again.

The breakfast buffet was only open to a select few unless you paid around 15 Euros. It was a little expensive and it could have been advertised better. The breakfast staff was a little stern. The door to my room was broken when I first arrived but the hotel was quick to send a repair man and he fixed the issue.

I booked the hotel before I read all the comments that other visitors left here and was wondering if it can be as bad as some people said. NO The location is great, near KaDeWe, public transport etc. The hotel’s crew was helpful. They speak at least 3 languages to what I could heard. Always available st the reception. The room was ok, yes it requires some painting but it wasnt as bad as you can read here. The room was on 5 floor, quite and comfy. It’s dark in the hotel because of the walls colours but there is a light so No issue to find a room. and its hetero-friendly hotel.

the room has had a bit of redecorating since our last stay and looked much better. Public areas are still a bit of a let down. just minor things like unpolished brass handrails, broken lift button, steam room still out of order (it was out of order last September) and the main showers in the spa not working. The room was comfortable and clean and the housekeeper on 2nd floor did a great job. Last time we stayed reception was poorly staffed and unmanned for periods… this time fully staffed and staff were helpful and friendly

public areas need a refurb

When I arrived in the hotel, the room was dusty and smelled like smoke. Manager Vincenzo directly started to clean the room himself. He did his utmost to make me feel comfortable.The day after I could change rooms. During the week he asked me several times if everything was okay. An excellent hospitality and a big plus for this manager.

The cleaning in general can still be better. Especially the 'hidden' places. You can see that the building inside is ready for a fresh upgrade.

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable , shower was great, and when we were there it was quiet at night for sleeping , staff were always welcoming and helpful let us check in 90 minutes early and were good with any assistance you required , as a heterosexual couple we felt very welcome they appear to be welcoming to everyone.

A coffee machine or kettle in the room would've been nice , also a headboard on the bed
