We expected continental breakfast as it was written in the summary of our booking. After we arrived they told us we can ask for the breakfast in the morning but when we asked in the morning they told us they won't serve continental breakfast at all because of staff problem. Guess it can't be typical for 4stars hotel...

The lights in the room and bathroom are crazy and impossible to manage. Too many of them! I ended up just using the light next to the bed and the hanging light because I could turn them on manually. The electric shade on the outside of the window was really hard to use. Also, the rugs need to a good cleaning or to be replaced!

- Great location, friendly staff. - Really clean room good size and comfortable bed.

- Bathroom was a little outdated. - On one morning we were woken up to fire alarm going off really loudly in everyone’s rooms. Apparently another guest had showered for too long. Not the hotel’s fault but still not a great wake up.

It was clean, the staff were very nice, the wifi fast... The hotel is pretty cute and you could see that they thought about everything. Recommended!

The power socket was indeed nowhere near the bed, they do provide a power cable extention but it is not long enough :) Nonetheless, I've had a great stay.

Hidden gem of a boutique hotel just off Kudamm, major shopping street of West Berlin. Room on the smaller side, but extremely comfortable and tasteful. Very polite and helpful staff. Great value for money.

Loved the hotel, clean and not too far from bus/train stops. Staff were very friendly and arranged our return taxi

The accommodation was amazing! Also, the location is perfect; it is based in a calm neighbourhood, and relatively close to the metro. For EUR 20, you enjoy a good breakfast!

Quaint, very nice boutique style hotel, very friendly staff and location was great for high end shopping and tourism. Small but super nice and functional rooms.

Lack of laundry service.

Everything was perfect and if anyone ever asks me where to stay in Berlin I will say this was very nice.
