The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had a separate bedroom that could be closed off from the living room by a pocket door. The kitchen and bathroom was up to par and suited our needs. The hotel is in a nice area in Berlin, close to shops, restaurants and the train station.

The apartment was on the ground floor, which was nice, as we could sit with the patio door open, There is a window over the door that opened inwards (3 inches approx ) so at night the room becomes very hot and stuffy. it's a pity that there isn't a proper window in the bedroom that one could open as the air con is very noisy at night.

The room was newly refurbished, in great condition and very practically designed; the space felt much bigger than it actually was and had everything that you could need. Excellent kitchenette facilities including a good sized fridge - essential when travelling for a while, as we were. Spacious bathroom - it was really a very pleasant apartment. I have already recommended it to friends and I would book again without hesitation.

The bed was too soft for my and my partner's liking. However, that was the only drawback for us in an otherwise great place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could need for your stay. The location was quiet and very close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. All within a 5-10 minute walk. The variety of choices for breakfast was great. I had a lovely stay here, I would stay again and recommend it highly.

If I was looking for any improvement, I would say a soft seat to sit on in the room and a bath as well as a shower but that is down to personal preference and didn't take anything away from the stay.

The two rooms were comfortable, with enough space for two adults on each one. The rooms were also equipped with required equipment and items for use in a kitchen. The hotel location was between several options of public transport (subway, tram and bus), several restaurants, pharmacy, shops and some supermarkets. One underground public parking was available, but does not belong to the hotel. However, its 24hh daily rate was affordable. There is also a public hospital nearby, which was handful in our case.

If the breakfast was a little bit less expensive, we would have it on some of the days of our stay. We decided to have it only in our room. I did not see any option to buy snacks in the front desk in vending machine, as I normally see in some other hotels. Maybe, I overlooked it.

The room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was basic but just what we needed to have breakfast before heading out for the day. It was nice that there was a full fridge. The location was great, and we loved that it was on a quiet street. Friendly staff. Nice hang out area.

There could have been more cooking supplies, like salt and oil at least. Most people don't travel with these things. Also, there was no cutting board. We didn't need to cook many things but it would have been great if the kitchen had a few more things.

Friendly staff, suite very laid out, kitchen set up fantastic, I loved that the windows opened. Awesome facilities for hanging out, loved that there was laundry.

Nothing that I didn't like just some ideas-perhaps more signage, we went to wrong hotel looking for it, and friend picked us up another day and couldn't find it. I think the place could benefit from having a bar onsite and/or lower cost breakfast option. The lounge is great but seemed a bit unused. I think having more food/ bar options could enliven that great space.

Compact apartments with very clever furniture designs that support folding bed away to become a couch, tables and desks that expand if required and other hidden spaces. Plenty of space to store clothes, despite compact design. Good shower with quiet room.

Breakfast did not excite us. We chose to eat at some of the really good cafes in close proximity. It is a bit of a walk from the station and the sidewalks are not very smooth. Not an issue unless you have a problem managing your luggage or the wheels on your luggage are not strong.

- Greatly designed rooms with lots of space and the kitchen was really handy. - Fantastic power shower and bathroom. - Staff very friendly. - Great communal areas.

- Difficult to keep the temperature down in the room, even when it wasn’t that warm outside. - Location not majorly close to a U-bahn or S-bahn station.

The facilities in the room were very good. The TV was useful and we were able to watch our own films on it via USB. The kitchen facilities were ideal and everything was clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Very nearby to two supermarkets. The gentleman was reception was brilliant - very welcoming and helpful and polite. Good view from the room.

The WiFi was very poor. We were told it was recently upgraded but it was so slow and unstable (disconnecting) that I could not use it for any video calling.

Excellent location, Lidl across the road for convenient supplies, excellent breakfast if, like me, you didn't have time to sort out your own food. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the rooms were really quiet, spacious and well equipped. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Taxis found it a bit hard to find the hotel because it's down a side street, but once I had my bearings I was able to direct them better. It's not very close to any useful U-Bahn stations for reaching the exhibition grounds, but Uber was quick, easy and affordable.
