I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel interior is really modern and in good condition. Staff are helpful. There is a really popular main road on the edge of the hotel. Nearby pubs and restaurant are good with a nice selection of foods. Breakfast was good. From the price I paid, I did not think it would be as good as it was.

The Car parking spaces are VERY narrow. You have to drive in between the building support columns in the basement. I had to fold both my door mirrors and back in SLOWLY to get it in. Also it has a really low ceiling above it. It is more like a set of car parking alcoves. I scratched my tailgate because it could not raise all the way, it ended up ground against the low ceiling.

The room was nicely set out though a bit compact. The location is good being close to the centre of Berlin but also well situated in the Kreutzberg and close to the shops and restaurants there. We didn't have the breakfast for which there was a charge as we preferred to have a vegetarian breakfast out but we were able to have a free hot drink in the morning. The lounge area was very comfortable and relaxed. The Hotel was also adjacent to the underground station and also not far the Ost Kreutz station which runs direct to the airport.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Very good location, literally at the subway’s door. About 30 minutes away from any spot un Berlin by public transportation. Good room, clean, comfortable.

The room was good, although I missed a minibar/refrigerator so I could store my leftovers. Also missed a telephone in the room, I know they don’t have room service but I had some questions and had to go all the way downstairs. The breakfast was good but too expansive. Missed some food downstairs also, it’s nice to have some option when you get home late and hungry. For a few days, it’s great, for a long stay like mine it’s a bit overpriced, better get an apartment.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. They were very happy to solve any issues. The room was lovely, and completely clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s plenty of pillows. The hotel itself is in a great location - it’s located only a minute away from Moritzplatz, and if you don’t mind a short train ride, only 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was great, plenty of options available, and the staff at breakfast were very cheerful.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but this did not affect my stay at all.

Brilliant location right next to Moritplatz on the U8 which is very useful and max 30 mins to walk to many neighbourhoods. Room was small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Had a room out the back and it was really quiet considering the location on a pretty large roundabout. Staff were nice, the bar seemed to be full of people every night, we could leave our bags after checkout.

Didn't have any bad experiences in the couple of nights stay - there's not much in the way of amenitites at the hotel but it's not really that kind of place so didn't have any expectations!

The room was very warm but because it is not yet summer there was no air conditioning or fan. We had to sleep with the window open which was noisy because of the road

- The location was great. We saw a lot of landmarks on our taxi ride from Berlin Hauptbahnhof to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. - Clean and functional room with great blackout curtains. - The room was wonderfully quiet as it was not facing the street. - The staff was very friendly and Sidy couldn't have been more helpful. He was so kind, calm and wonderful! - The interior of the room and hotel lobby. Modern and clean elevators.

The room was a bit on the small side and could do with a proper wardrobe.

I stayed here while traveling for work and it brightened up my trip. I loved the design and the attention to details, all breakfast had bio products only, they even draw up funny faces on each boiled egg, which was a cheerful detail that got the right start of the day. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are not very large, but bed is really comfortable and shower is really nice. Good location, close to train station and walking distance to most of the central touristic places. Overall very good value for money, recommend.

The room was modern and very clean. The location was perfect for me. Just down the streets are all the cafes, bars, and restaurants. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was quiet, I was able to sleep well.

The room was a little small. I was travelling alone so it was fine. However, I would imagine it will be a little tight if my partner was coming with me. The reception was also a little confusing. You check-in at the bar with the server. I didn't know at first so I kept walking back and forth trying to look for an actual check-in counter.

Good location, just at the metro station although not a very 'attractive' one. The area is not top but seemed to be safe. The room was modern and nicely design. The reception is combined with a bar and looks a bit messy.

On arrival, a young receptionist was coaching another receptionist and both ignored me completely. After my remark the young one rudely replied that they were doing something important and I had to wait. I have never seen this before in any hotel.... She then patronised me as if I was a small child. Shocking!!!
