It was my first time in Berlin and there was a lot to do so we never had the time to eat breakfast on schedule but the food on offer was better than I expected. Room service was great (not for food/drink though), staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. Didn't have time to use the pool but it looked beautiful and clean. Sat out in the courtyard a few nights with a glass of wine and it was lovely and quiet, very relaxing. Nice location, not loud during the day and definitely not loud at night. Train station 5 minute walk away. So yeah, nothing else negative to contribute other than that there was no kettle and fridge in the room but can't fault the place anywhere else.

Beautiful modern hotel. Very clean with a lovely mini gym, amd swimming pool which suited our needs . Really lovely staff, whom were courteous and helpful . The location was perfect ( a 10 minute walk to an excellent Turkish coffee shop/ off-licence ) . A lovely little cafe opposite the hotel which served the most amazing sandwiches and cake . Easy to get to the U- Bahn.

My friends and I loved the hotel. The only thing would be if complimentary teabags could be included in with the coffee , and instructions on how to use the coffee machine would be helpful . Apart from that , the hotel was fabulous

We had fabulous stay at the hotel which has fantastic facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable. The blackout curtains are outstanding and reading next to the window was a treat. Also the coffee machine and daily refreshed pods after room cleaning just hit the right spot. The spa and sauna facilities were exceptional, clean and relaxing. Apple a day is a great idea. Staff were excellent and friendly, especially during breakfast which made for a positive and happy start to the day. We did not have time to enjoy the outdoor space however it looked very clean and inviting!

The fitness room is a great addition. Though a rack of free weights in fitness room would be great. Breakfast was very good, however I would say a little overpriced considering what you can get elsewhere.

Location, comfort, staff, room size and cleanliness were all excellent and will mean we'll likely be back.

Booking.com said the pool was included but the spa was extra however the hotel Ts&Cs stated the pool was also an extra charge. A little embarrassing as I was basing my pool use on the Booking.com info.

Clean, comfortable with a pool!! We had been swimming and then seen reviews that others had paid for the privilege however we did not have to pay for using the pool while we were there and it was a lovely bonus after a day’s sightseeing before going out in the evening. The breakfast was good, although a little pricey, it was convenient and an opportunity to fill up before a full day out sightseeing! The bus and S & U stations easy walking distance.

Nothing to dislike, breakfast was a bit pricey but good and lots of choice with the convenience of filling up before heading out for a full days sightseeing!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was in a quiet location away from traffic, trains, and crowds, but still within easy walking distance of restaurants, U Bahn stations, and attractions. The staff was amazingly helpful and gracious; even though we forgot to reserve breakfast one day they checked availability and worked us in. And the breakfast was wonderful and had both hot and cold items.

We would have have liked a slightly larger fitness center with room for resistance equipment.

the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and quiet. the breakfast was very good and varied. it was easy to use public transport to move around Berlin

I would have liked more information about how the spa worked and how to book it and number of people able to use. the area around the property is quiet with no local bars or restaurants which was a shame.

I liked the location and the style of the room. The shower was particularly good. Breakfast also was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the floor in the room was not hoovered or If it was, it was poorly done. There were heaps of dust everywhere, under the bed was a disaster :( this definitely needs more care.

The room, although not very spacey, had a super comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a great shower! Even though the hotel is near the suspended train lines, I couldn't hear anything from my room. The hotel is also close enough to train stations and bus stops (less 10 minutes walking).

Only minor inconveniences: the front desk was sometimes empty. The check-in process took some time because there were people waiting in line for someone to show up. Even though, the check-out process at 5:30 AM was very quick. Also, the room's TV was locked in German, didn't allowing me to even change the display language on the menus, and the HDMI entrances weren't accessible, so I couldn't use my computer on chromecast to watch something.

We loved the feel of the hotel and were very satisfied with it. Very clean, comfortable and thoughtful. We really felt at home. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Location was not the best for us. We were hoping for a central location where we can enjoy the Berlin night life in a walking distance. Unfortunately we didn't find anything close to the hotel and transportation was sometimes uncomfortable.
