* bed sheets with blood stains - although clean from laundry absolutely disgusting * quite difficult entry parking through an elevator - very tight entrance not for * we spent over an hour with a small kid in a car trying to pay virtually before we could enter the garage and hotel - despite big help from the hotel online service it was really bad experience

Major Internet issue. Customer service staff was extremely clear about it and offered a 15% discount per night during my stay. i really appreciate their responsiveness. Hotel location is ideal for me but I am in Berlin for work so Internet is important. Was able to use my Sim card. Again, extremely good costumer service.

Good location, nice room, easy to access, good to be able to grab towels etc from the store room as needed. Next to a supermarket (lidl) and next to the train stop with good transport links. Good value for money - clean modern room. Very quiet.

The washing machine was broken the whole week I was there. Something odd about the electrics in the room, the TV would randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night, and sometimes the lights too. I didn't like that the shower was in the bedroom and wasn't seperate, which i wasnt aware of when i booked.

The Room was really good . ITs like a living room and then a bed room . The kitchen was enough with what is needed as i travelled with my 1 year old son , we needed microwave mainly as well as very minor cooking. IT has enough utensils . Bonus , you have 2 water bottles as well as some beverages to consume ( for no additional cost) . Though there is no dishwasher , but it didn't bother us too much as we usually ate outside . There is Lidl about 100 meters from it so in case you need anything for supplies , its right there . Also this is absolutely opposite to Nollendorfplatz station which is really great to travel anywhere in the city . We could not get the parking in the hotel as it was full however there was public parking space under the station ( quite big it is ) so we parked our car there for about 3 days which costed us around 34 Euros and mainly used the public transport for travelling . The Breakfast was served in Rose which is in the same building on ground floor . The hosts are super amazing and very welcoming and spread was pretty good for 2 adults and kids 8 years old and 1 year old. The view from our room was super amazing , we stayed in Deluxe suit with balcony , which has super view around berlin from 9th floor . The view was one of the best part of the stay. The code to enter the room as well as building was sent in time . The customer support has always been very quick to respond on anything this we needed .

Nothing as such , except that the Bathroom (Toilet is closed with the door ) is situated with only glass doors , so we have to use some bedsheets to cover the doors . i would suggest to use some opaque stickers to the bathroom . T

Very nice and clean room with a small kitchenette and a coffee machine. The location is great as it is just outside a metro station. Although the rooms are not serviced, it was great that half way through our 8 night stay, our room was cleaned. Also it was very convenient that you could get fresh clean towels and supplies from the storage room if you needed. The staff was very helpful through whatsup with all the questions we had. Checking in and out of the room was very easy.

The location is exceptional — just across Nollendorfplatz U-bahn and a bus station. The room was very stylish yet minimalistic, and the whole place smells of a new property. I also appreciated the welcome snacks and Nespresso pods. Luggage storage at reception was extremely helpful — I arrived earlier than the check-in time and was able to leave my suitcase there to go for a walk. Also the whole no-people experience worked perfectly for me as all of the instructions were very thoroughly written. However, when my neighbours produced noise late at night and I had to text the property via WhatsApp, they responded momentarily and fixed the issue quickly.

All of the lighting in the room is pretty lounge, including the bathroom, so I wasn't able to read or put my makeup on properly. There was also no mirror near the window to see myself in the daylight. No slippers or bathroom utilities (cotton pads etc.) which is OK, however, I was sure these would be in a hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and I must say that I was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions, shopping and dining. The room size was impressive, offering plenty of space for my belongings and ensuring a comfortable stay. I also found the price-quality ratio to be excellent, giving me great value for my money.

While my stay was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could use some improvement. The cleaning service was provided only once a week which proved to be less than ideal. Additionally, no cleaning supplies were made available for guests to maintain the room's cleanliness in between service visits. I also tried the breakfast offered at the property and found the selection to be slightly disappointing as it lacked variety and options to cater to different tastes. Lastly, there was no customer service staff on-site. However, the communication via WhatsApp and online was always fast and on point which helped me resolve any issues or inquiries that arose during my stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Nice hotel not far from KuDam. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. U-Bahn station is literally across the street, you may reach it in just 2 minutes from the hotel door, and trip to the Zoo Transport Hub takes only 3 minutes. The hotel is a digital one, thus not many people around, and the reception is "virtual". However, the support staff is very responsive, attentive and really helpful! Lockers at the entry to the hotel are useful, as you may use them after check-out.

Ironing tools may be acquired for every room. But sharing them is a definitely a minor issue.

The rooms are super pretty, especially with the small details such as the wooden bars, the cute tea & coffee and the pretty bathroom. The beds are very comfy & the windows are well isolated (our room was on the 1st floor but we didn’t hear any street noise).

The entrance of the hotel and the layout makes it seem a bit less high quality - it doesn’t live up to the level of the pretty rooms which is a bit sad. I‘m easily influenced by such impressions, therefore this detail made the whole hotel seem a bit less high quality than displayed here on booking.

The room & location were excellent. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short stay as a lone traveller. Easy access into hotel and very responsive and accommodating staff.

Unfortunately the TV in my room didn't function correctly - before you could use the remote control you had to physically unplug the TV then plug it back in again - effectively rebooting it. This was made difficult as the plug is hidden behind a wooden panel. It is a minor gripe and I'm sure NUMA will address the fault, it made no difference to my stay, I wasn't in Berlin to watch TV!
