Reception was nice and was easily spoke English, check-in was easy, great location, comfortable beds, breakfast was a decent value, Berlin was awesome!

The sink was goofy. It looked really cool but the sink blocked the handle when turning it on and, when turned all the way on, the water spilled out of the bowl. The shower was head was also clogged so the water kindof went in different directions. All I needed to do was run my fingers down each rubber spout head and that unclogged it and I had a great shower. These weren't dealbreakers and I'd definitely stay here again.

After booking this hotel I read all the reviews that has on Google and I was shocked. Now we are glad we stayed. all facilities are very good. We didn’t have breakfast so I can not make a comment on it but we thought 15€ p/p was expensive. We stayed in room 204 and everything worked well. Staff is helpful but not friendly. They clean and did our room every day. The general a/c was off but we had heating in our room and the room was warm all night. It is a good hotel that needs better management to take care of details

We stayed with our baby 10 month old and she nearly fitted the crib that we were given. There is a lot of light coming of the light switches beside the bed, we had to cover them with clothes and pillows.

I got a spacious room and bed was comfortable. I slept well. Liked that there was a kettle and cups. Good noise cancellation Front desk was helpful

-Refrigerator did not work and the person who was supposed to come and fix it did not come. After a few days it was resolved but some of my food was spoiled as a result -Wish there was a better nightlight -Some construction during the day outside but that's to be expected in Berlin everywhere. Good noise cancellation if you close the windows -Some photos were a bit creepy -Some stains on the couch but it's fine

The facilities in the room weren’t intuitive. The curtain in bathroom didn’t go up or down, the button for the blinds had no markings on it and was unclear how to use. The air con didn’t seem to be working (tbh air con was the only reason we chose this hotel over other options so we were lucky Berlin wasn’t sweltering). Staff were fine but I wouldn’t say especially friendly. They still have buttons to request room cleaning but there’s also a new policy where you have to approach reception to ask for your room to be cleaned which caught us out.

this hotel is very clean and is very beautiful on the inside, I wish it was a little closer to different attractions but walking to and from these places made us appreciate the surrounding areas of this hotel, we loved our stay and will most definitely consider staying again!

I loved everything about the hotel bar the fact I thought it was situated a bit closer to the main city but that was my mistake when booking and I’m glad I made that mistake as the hotel was beautiful and the staff were so kind and efficient, we felt very comfortable in this hotel

I was visiting Berlin for the second time with my three children and the hotel's location was superb being a few minutes from Berlin’s cultural centers, the iconic philharmonic building,the Berlin Biblothek and of course Potsdamer Platz.The room was pleasant,well furnished ,tidy, and silent. I cherished the bed. It felt quite cozy. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Being Iraqi 🇮🇶 I was happy to find out that one of the staff was from my home country.Breakfast is easily attainable if you don’t book for it. I was more than happy with the quality of stay which exceeded all my expectations. It is so rare to get a better accommodation than the one you expected when making a reservation at Booking. The nearest metro lines are U1 and U2 .The bus stops are right outside the hotel on both sides which come every 5 minutes that take you to the central station and major Berlin landmarks. Even though the hotel was on a main road the hotel was quiet at night and safe for children .Thank you Quentin XL for making visit to Berlin so memorable.

The gloomy black corridors need more color or light

I love the spacious rooms and very spacious bathrooms, we stayed midweek and it was very quiet, huge windows but blackout blinds via a little switch near the bedside were just perfect for a great night sleep. Comfy bed, handy fridge and safe. Netflix / YouTube on the TV great little extra 👌🏼

The past reviews had made me a little wary but I really don't have anything negative to say. If it had been slightly closer to the centre it would have been perfect for me 🙂

Hotel is situated in a good location, bus transportation on the same block & train station just a few min away. Inside the property, we were greated by friendly female young receptionist. The lobby has a modern design, with plenty of place to sit down in and enjoy low jazzy music playing in background. Hotel has no restaurant, just a breakfast spot + a bar. But there's plenty options where to eat from within walking distance. Our room, 336 was spacious and clean. Giant king bed was very comfortable. The choice for decor was good too, large painting over bed and enormous 8 foot mirror overlooking the room. Bathroom had stylish tile, adjustable mirror over very long sink, and really nice shower with instant hot water. I used the booking.com messaging option in the app to communicate with the hotel during stay, requesting slippers and extra coffee. They were quick to reply and accommodate. Would stay here again.

Quentin XL is well located, with many of the main tourist attractions within 20mins walk. The staff were attentive, friendly and super helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and the size was generous. Great breakfast options, ideal place to stay for a solo traveller - would definitely stay again!

it becomes quite warm at night, although there is AC available, sometimes it doesn’t quite do the job. Would be great if there were peepholes on the doors. As I travelled solo, it would have given additional peace of mind, in case someone didn’t announce themselves.

Excellent location for major attractions; just a 20minute walk to Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag & Checkpoint Charlie. Very comfy bed! Blackout curtains worked exceptionally well.

The hotel was very warm and the therefore so was our room. Luckily the windows opened and the heating could be turned down low. The stock of teabags and coffee was not renewed so we bought a jar of coffee and some milk.
