Nice spacious room and very clean and comfortable! I was also most appreciative of the heavy bed linens for these cold winter nights. It made climbing into bed really nice after spending a few hours at the Christmas markets of Dusseldorf old city. They also have an amazing spread for the breakfast buffet! There are so many things to choose from. The location of this hotel is quite nice too, as you can walk to the old city center. They have all the markets spread out, and it only takes about 10 mins to get there. The reception staff were also very helpful and sweet.

The only negative is the parking garage they partner with to use is VERY small and narrow. If you have an SUV, good luck trying to make it fit. We had a compact sedan and even that was a tight squeeze on some occasions. I also don't know where you would alrnatively park if the garage was full. Cost is 19€/day.

Busy city centre location but with nearby parking (additional charge) in secure car park. The rooms include a desk. Staff are friendly and helpful, fluent in English. The cost includes a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a small two person lift for access to all floors.

This was our second visit (says something!). Our room this time seemed to have a smaller bathroom (which is why I had to say our room did not meet our very high expectations based on our previous visit), which might cause difficulties for very tall guests. We missed having a kettle and hot drinks facilities in our room. This visit cost 50% more than an equivalent stay in 2022 - but we did stay on a Saturday this time which might be a factor.

Great location - just across the street is the bus station for 721 that takes you directly to the airport, it is close to the city centre and also not far away from the train station. My room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly. I had to leave at 6:30 as I had an early flight. Their breakfast starts at 6:30 but they served breakfast just for me at 6 am. And breakfast was great, having many nice and fresh things.

The shower cabin has a transparent wall and door and is an integral part of the room. There is a paravane that can be used to separate that area. Since I was alone in the room, it didn't bother me. But, if I hadn't been alone, I'm not sure I would have liked it.

Fabulous hotel, , location very central, the staff were kind, efficient and patient, they spoke English fluently (thank you!). The room was modern and the mirror lighting was perfect for putting on makeup (a rare thing) there was also two magnifying mirrors which I appreciated. There was a safe place to store bicycles and easily accessible. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel there was a great choice of quality food in the buffet and healthy options, seeds, nuts, yoghurt, fruit, lovely bread, meat and cheeses, good coffee, I recommend this hotel 100%

Room was spacious and spotless. Facilities included a safe, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Location was great a few mins from the main shopping area and Christmas Markets. Supermarket, coffee shops and chemist just outside the hotel aswell as the u bahn and s bahn to the main train station. Airport less than 15 mins from the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast with a good choice of foods. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had the best location! The ubahn and s Bahn stops were literally a few steps away. The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was aprox. 20 mins late for the breakfast and the staff still offered what they could and even made me a cappuccino. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The a/c worked like a dream! We also checked in with our dog who was pleasantly welcomed ! Definitely good value for money also! I will definitely book a stay here again!!!

Loved staying at this hotel. It is a really beautiful place to stay at. The staff was really sweet and welcoming, breakfast tasted good and they had a variety of food to pick from, the hotel room was clean and spacious. 😊

The room temperature was a bit cold when we arrived, but thankfully there is a system in the room that you can control the temperature with. So after the first day, for the rest of our trip the temperature was perfect.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Everything was spotless, which we really appreciate in accommodations. And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing! I thought this was a good hotel in a decent location. It's only a short walk from the main station, or an even shorter tram ride. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. There was a great breakfast with a good selection to choose from. You can walk to the old town from the hotel in about 20 minutes.

Nice, modern and very clean Business hotel close to the Wehrhahn area. Comfy big bed and en-suite bathroom with powershower and amenities, also a minibar. Very very friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help, easy come and easy go check-in, great buffet breakfast. Fast wifi, a somewhat tiny but usueful elevator. Car park available around the hotel or within. 15 minutes easy walk from central train station or a short streetcar ride through this charming city. Absolutely recommended with no hesitation. My best hotel experience ever in Düsdeldorf. Hands down. Some bars and restaurants at footstep as well as public transport.
