Sense of commitment and availability of staff giving proper information and support, nice breakfast covering various diet preferences, clean and cozy room offering fresh cup of coffee and water every morning.

In general, everything was ok. If I had to find something i would say size and organization of bathroom, also size and quality of elevator...but honestly it was not a point to affect overall experience. Location was not fully in line with my needs but quite close to downtown and important connection points were one street away.

We were immediately struck by the exquisite interior. The attention to detail and the choice of furnishings created a sophisticated and inviting ambience. The room was tastefully decorated with modern touches, complemented by elegant artwork and plush furnishings. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious window that adorned the room. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the hotel's flexibility in allowing for a late check-out. It gave us the freedom to make the most of our last day without feeling rushed or pressured to leave early.

The Hotel was in a perfect area for the fair guests, direct bus to the exhibition centre, at a green area and close to the city center. The personnel was very nice to me at all problems. The bathroom was perfect with the toto wash closet and lively shower.

I didnt like the double bed with two single beds combined, couldnt sleep well in the middle of the bed. My room was very small and did not have any clothes closet. Next time I will choose a room with more space and direct to the park view. Next year I will be there again for sure..

Nice design of the hotel. Arty photographs on the wall not standard. Room very comfortable. Triple glazing, so no noise from the road whatsoever. Good airco, good coffee and tea in the room. Location good: on the corner a place for good beer and german food. Bakery not to far away, and the hotel is a short walk to the city centre.

Design of the place with the coffee maker could be better. I bumped my head several times on the rack ,and had to put a coat hanger there as as warning.

I booked the M size room and found it to be elegant, cosy-orient-70’s style with relaxing vibes. Located in a beautiful 5 minutes walking distance to the Schadowstaße and along the currently renovations-is-ongoing little summer palace. Breakfast included many things in small quantities at the charming bar. I liked you added in the room the Japanese toilet, Espresso machine, and the apples. The bed was amazing too, and yes, I was tempted to try all the lights.

Parking is outside (good luck finding a place in Düsseldorf) and is free between 20.00-09.00. As the hotel is on a main central section of the roads, I propose to check distances according to current traffic.

The Friendliness of the staff, traveling around was so easy as the location was excellent. Breakfast each day was superb. The room was a neat size and although little space to hang and store clothing, it was sufficient. The bed was so comf, and after a long day on your feet, it was a welcome rest. The bottled water provided daily in the room was great too! This is a lovely property, everything you need with the addition of super staff makes the stay so enjoyable,

Not gonna lie, this place rivals the Marriott! Its really nice and a hidden gem in Dusseldorf. I love travelling to hotels on the weekend and this place really exceeded my expectations. When you walk into the hotel there is a mini bar to your left with candies, sweets, water, etc. Now, the elevator is really small and the hallways aren't long and spacious, but this is because they put all the effort and space into the rooms. Whoever designed this place did it with love and a grin on their face! The bed is LUSH, with interesting pillow decor, lighting and its big! The TV has chrome-cast, Netflix and Youtube, cable, etc. But the bathroom is where I spent the most time. Listen to this: The toilet comes with a control panel that shifts the seat forward and backwards depending on your desired posture and it heats your butt while you sit on it. It also comes with an internal fan to prevent any odours from escaping into the rest of the bathroom! I cant make this up- its true and so awesome! And the bathtub........I could have lived in it!! I took 4 bubble baths and all the toiletries are from Rituals. It's a huge tub, I could literally lay flat in. The room also comes with a a fridge to fill, a bottle of water- Nespresso and a green apple on a little tray which is very cute haha. The bar is downstairs and you can bring your drink upstairs. There is no restaurant for dinner and I didn't try the breakfast as I was able to put my own food in the fridge. But there is a cool restaurant next door that has a great menu including wild game (might be a hidden gem too). The surrounding area is lovely and shopping is just 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel reception is sooooo nice and accommodating- let me keep my room when I booked in for an extra night last minute and gave me later check out. I will for sure come back to stay here again. please don’t send so many automated emails for check in and check out it is so annoying . the receptionist at the night shift couldn’t understand simple things like call a taxi for the airport he seems like he doesn’t know his job or working for first time , he tried hard but unsuccessfully to communicate in English language ( can’t imagine a person to be in reception and don’t speak English and can’t handle easy things like calling a taxi for airport or print email .. )

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and have a smart TV, which was a highlight. The location is great, very close to the city centre. Only disappointment was that the Bread/Brötchen at the breakfast buffet were a bit old and hard. But otherwise they had a basic breakfast menu. Overall very good value for money.

Exceptional ! Although a small room design assists to have a wonderful stay. Beds are super comfortable and it is all the small details they have paid attention to that really make a difference. The breakfast is amazing, personeel very kind , coffee is Great and a small surprise once you visit their bathroom with heating seats :)

Parking is 5min walk.
