It was clean & modern with a homely feel. we booked a small double room, which it was, not much space either side of the Queen size bed. However the bed was VERY comfortable, with night lights on both sides. 1 single wardrobe, a dressing table, but no drawers. En suite was great, with a lovely hot powerful shower. Massive TV above the dressing table. The hotel is in a great location, for us, it was a 15 minute walk, through a lovely park to the Aldstadt. Its a quiet location too, but near enough to the night life & Christmas Markets. we didnt have much dealings with the staff, but when we did, they were very helpful & friendly. would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel!

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Had to leave the airport during the night hours and the gentleman at the desk was helping with any flight information as well as waiting for me to leave and even escorting me through the door once the taxi arrived. The lady when checking in was also very very friendly.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but sometimes people have to leave earlier due to flight changes and it would be nice if there were breakfast packages or something like that ... I paid for breakfast and sadly had to miss the breakfast time due to flight changes - would have loved to grab a sandwich or something :) but it's not a complaint just an offer.

The staff, the breakfast and the common area were great. Room has everything and the price for the quality and service is beyond expectations

Same as most hotels everywhere,they clean the room every two days for the environment. However they did not share this information during the check-in and therefore, they didn't offer the option to clean it everyday if I wanted.

- Good location with a park nearby and a convenient 15 minute walk to the city centre. - Room was a little tight (around the bed and desk area) which required a bit of creative maneuvering but overall very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

- Some noise between 11pm and midnight which sounded like mildly angry water pipes. Not sure if this was just a ground floor room issue though. - A couple of in-room amenities like kettle for hot water and some coffee/tea bags would have been nice (but not a deal breaker).

The location was excellent: quiet, nice neighbourhood, next to the park and very close to the center. The room was small but comfortable to rest after long walks during the day.

A tiny corner-bathroom was a surprise. The bedside lamps need to be fixed - the lampshades were hanging not properly fastened. The rest all ok.

Very nice and cozy hotel! Location is perfect, walking distance to the old town and central shopping street, next to a beautiful park Hofgarten. Room was cozy and very clean! Staff helpful and breakfast tasty and with great variety of options.

I had a quiet room facing the courtyard, but people were smoking there and smoke went directly to the room, which was unpleasant. Fortunately they didn't smoke in the night, so I could sleep with an opened window :)

Very close to Altstadt, small but very clean room with necessary facilities. The staff was also kind and nice (I needed umbrella and I was given one for entire stay). In the room and bathroom there was enough of shelves/hangers and space for personal belongings

There was no electric kettle but I had my own so not a problem

Room was spacious, comfortable & clean. For info, it was the large double room. Breakfast was very enjoyable & the staff serving it extremely helpful & friendly. Complimentary water in the lobby was very welcome to keep hydrated !

The cost of the first night was considerably more than the other two.

Very good choice. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, Breakfast also good. Location - very close to center and all possible transport is pretty close.

TV could not connect to wifi, so unless it was a smart tv, i had to stream all from the phone.

The staff was super kind and helpful. My room was very confortable, with a nice bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was the best part, with freshly prepared coffee, a broad variety of cheese and breads, yogurt, juices and even vegan options.
