It was clean & modern with a homely feel. we booked a small double room, which it was, not much space either side of the Queen size bed. However the bed was VERY comfortable, with night lights on both sides. 1 single wardrobe, a dressing table, but no drawers. En suite was great, with a lovely hot powerful shower. Massive TV above the dressing table. The hotel is in a great location, for us, it was a 15 minute walk, through a lovely park to the Aldstadt. Its a quiet location too, but near enough to the night life & Christmas Markets. we didnt have much dealings with the staff, but when we did, they were very helpful & friendly. would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel!

The staff, the breakfast and the common area were great. Room has everything and the price for the quality and service is beyond expectations

Same as most hotels everywhere,they clean the room every two days for the environment. However they did not share this information during the check-in and therefore, they didn't offer the option to clean it everyday if I wanted.

- Good location with a park nearby and a convenient 15 minute walk to the city centre. - Room was a little tight (around the bed and desk area) which required a bit of creative maneuvering but overall very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

- Some noise between 11pm and midnight which sounded like mildly angry water pipes. Not sure if this was just a ground floor room issue though. - A couple of in-room amenities like kettle for hot water and some coffee/tea bags would have been nice (but not a deal breaker).

Very nice and cozy hotel! Location is perfect, walking distance to the old town and central shopping street, next to a beautiful park Hofgarten. Room was cozy and very clean! Staff helpful and breakfast tasty and with great variety of options.

I had a quiet room facing the courtyard, but people were smoking there and smoke went directly to the room, which was unpleasant. Fortunately they didn't smoke in the night, so I could sleep with an opened window :)

Very close to Altstadt, small but very clean room with necessary facilities. The staff was also kind and nice (I needed umbrella and I was given one for entire stay). In the room and bathroom there was enough of shelves/hangers and space for personal belongings

There was no electric kettle but I had my own so not a problem

Room was spacious, comfortable & clean. For info, it was the large double room. Breakfast was very enjoyable & the staff serving it extremely helpful & friendly. Complimentary water in the lobby was very welcome to keep hydrated !

The cost of the first night was considerably more than the other two.

The rooms were maintained clean and hygienic. The reception is available round the clock. Everything was neatly maintained. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming experience if you are staying.

The rooms are extremely small although sufficient for short stays. The internet is extremely poor and definitely not recommended for any buisness purpose. Even the cellular data reception is quite bad if you are in the cornor rooms. Felt that the room rents are a bit costly for their size.

Very very friendly staff, accomodating and looking to help wherever possible. Clean rooms, with all of the necessary equipment. Furthermore the breakfast at that price is unbeatable!

A little bit more effort can be paid to cleaning up, specifically behind the bathroomsink. Though this is definitely nitpicking.

The property was lovely really nice and modern hotel and the staff were really freindly.

Location was slightly further out of the centre than i thought initally but it is in a very picturesque location especially with the park nearby

The hotel service is perfect. The attitude of the receptionist is very nice, and the hotel manager would actively solve the problem I encountered. From check-in to check-out, everything is smooth. This hotel gave me a good impression of Germany
